I’m a franchise owner and it’s changed my life

I’m a franchise owner and truly this has changed my life. I used to work delivering food for dominos etc now I work for myself
For bad reviews about owning a franchise it’s very hard work if your not willing to put in the effort this is not for you. If you do put in the effort the rewards are amazing I’ve paid of my morgage this year 15 years early thanks to my franchise.

For customers not Getting a refund please use contact for on website I guarantee it will be sorted immediately.
I know this is something the tech team have recently been upgrading to make more streamlined.

Money taken but no food!

I tried to make an order and was told that it had failed on the system, which was fine! Then checked my bank account and the money had been taken! Tried to call the Newbury number 9 times and no answer! So have paid for a meal I have not recieved!! Have tried to look for but cannot find a complaints page and annoyed that I have lost £18.83 for something I didn’t get!

1 star is to good for this company but no option to leave zero stars

Order was wrong, called to speak to someone and was told firstly that he could not find my order, gave him my order number and he then went on to say the driver is waiting for your order to be finished, then he will be with to which I replied that’s funny because my order is here already and if he had actually listened to me in the first place he would of known this, because I was calling to say my order was wrong!
Was told I would get a call back, which never happened and I had to call them back! Asked for a refund and he said could we knock it off your next order. I replied saying ‘I will not be using your service again’ and he just kept saying can we give it you back on your next order! When I asked to speak to a manager he hesitated, to which I asked again this happened around 3/4 time’s, until he then said to me my manger is not here! What an absolute joke this company is.. I will definitely not be using them again at all.. I suggest other people do the same!!

I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone!

I ordered food which never came. Contacted the number they gave to find it was disconnected. I would urge anyone not to order from them as they take your money. I’m fuming 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬I have emailed them but by looking at most reviews I won’t hear nothing.They sent me a message through Trustpilot saying how sorry they were and said if I gave them my order number they would look into as matter of urgency. So urgent I haven’t heard anything from them. No surprise really 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!! Take your money, cancel your order, don’t delivery and then don’t give you a refund 🤬 hardly any response from ‘Ray’ who is the only contact. Don’t waste your time or money with app and joke of a company.

Great service if you live in the country

I see a lot of 1 star reviews on here, but my wife and I, who live in the sticks, outside of the city, this service is fantastic and the only company that delivers to us. Couldn’t fault it, a little extra to pay but food was nice and fresh and hot

Rubbish

Wish I’d read the reviews!!! Order accepted then when I contacted to see where our order was ... they don’t deliver to our address!! Person i contacted was a complete scammer DO NOT USE !!! Was promised a refund which I have never received despite chasing for nearly 2 months.

Do not buy a franchise it’s a badly run service

I am a customer of One Delivery ltd not for the food but I bought into a franchise they was selling on their website recently in may as I wanted to start my own company and it looked like a good deal! I Hardly received any support just a welcome pack, they literally throw you in the deep end a see if you can swim and the system keeps going offline and you lose money and your delivery drivers get annoyed. was shocked to be contacted by the owner letting all Franchisees know a winding up order has been served and all our funds have been frozen. The owner also breached my privacy rights by disclosing my earnings to 110 others on a group online. Stay well away from this downhill spiralling business, I have closed my franchise permanently and excepted the thousands of pounds I have lost on this investment & walked away. Don’t let it happen to you.

NORTHERN IRELAND ONE DELIVERY

See tbh, the food is great, comes fast and exactly how you’d expect...Drivers lovely... I mean no issues with actually ordering and getting your food (may take about 40 mins but you’ll get it) BUT!!!! Try and get a refund, I dare you.... literally ordered a Burger King Tuesday 6th, this order was cancelled by phoning up and telling him in word which he was very happy and understood I wanted a Tuesday dominoes instead and told me he would refund it in my acc. I waited and texted and phoned and got told I would receive it in my bank, then I got told he would drop it down in cash form which I was okay with. It is now Tuesday the 16th. WHERE IS MY MONEY?! Absolutely ridiculous to lie and lie to someone about a refund... and it’s £25 not just a fiver! Don’t order from here as it’s ridiculous to try and get refunded for this length of time.

Over 2 hours wait...

We ordered sushi and we had to wait for the delivery for over 2 hours. We called, the lady promised to check where the delivery was and said she’d call back, but never did. I sent them email, and first I got a 5% discount with no code. The next day they sent me another discount of 20% and again no code. And again, the next day I got a 25% discount to a fast food restaurant (with a code this time). I’m very disappointed. We got promised that 20% discount to any restaurant and the next day it was taken away and replaced with a discount to only one fast food restaurant. Next time I will order from somewhere else.
