Few issues with the first delivery company seeing the kickers not arrive however Simon and the team dispatched a replacement set within minutes of the phonecall that arrived the next day. Over the moon with my new kickers and can't wait for next match day to get them a run out!

Hockey stick
I recently bought a new hockey stick from this site and I'm delighted with my purchase. The customer service I received was fantastic. I wasn't sure which stick would be right for my style of hockey but I was able to chat online to a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. He gave me great advice. After placing my order I realised I had bought the wrong size but after another quick online chat my order had been updated to the correct size and a confirmation email sent all within minutes. Delivery was also very speedy and the stick came really well packaged.
I'm a very happy customer. Everything from customer service, pricing, delivery and the quality of my actual stick was fantastic. I can't recommend this company enough. This is first time I've used this site and I only came upon it by chance when searching online but the online chat with the very knowledgeable sales person gave me confidence to buy from this company. Many thanks for your help!

This website and the people behind it are phenomenal. I recently ordered the 23/24 season y1 ylb x for 165 pounds and to my shock when i opened the box I had received the 24/25 ylb x because they ran out of stock of the 23/24 I was really happy as the stock itself looks much better and I think these people are absolutely brilliant and if ur thinking of buying from them do it one hundred percent.

So pleased with my purchase from these guys, great prices and items came within a few days, order was obviously for my children so they even went out of their way to include some sweets.

Good response to delivery problems
The item had not been delivered before I was prompted to give a review. Following a poor review I was very quickly contacted by a representative of the company apologising and asking about how to put it right. They followed up the delivery and sent another replacement item. They waived the postage costs. The original delivery has now arrived and an additional glove is on the way. This was an excellent response and very much appreciated.

Great customer service
Placed my first order this week for some hockey gloves. I forgot to use the discount code when I processed the order so emailed to ask if anything could be done. I got a reply same day to say they had applied the discount. I also paid for next day delivery but Royal Mail did not fulfil that. Again, I emailed and One Sports refunded the postage difference even though it was not their fault. The gloves arrived well packaged and are perfect. Will definitely use One Sports Warehouse again
