I took my son (who has just recently started playing hockey) and they could not have been more helpful. I never felt under any pressure and they even explained to my son (who was looking at an expensive stick) that it was not the right one for him. I will definitely be back when he needs more kit and would highly recommend.

Was recommended this place from a family friend and it didn't disappoint. We were looking for an upgrade on our daughter's hockey stick and the member of staff who dealt with us couldn't have been more helpful. He really listened to what my daughter wanted and gave some excellent suggestions within the price range I suggested. In fact, the stick we went for ended up being half of the budget I set and that was thanks to him. He really knew his stuff and didn't try to over-sell - just recommended what our daughter needed now. Our daughter got to try out all of the sticks in their mini court. All in all an excellent experience and they've made us life-long customers now.

Perfect! From going into the shop to try stuff on to make sure my sizing was correct,to ringing them up for help,and them going out their way to get me my order! Nicest people you could wish to meet and great company!

I did a bit of research on trustpilot whilst searching for hockey shoes/bag/stick for my daughter. These guys are aceing their competitors by a mile.
Ordered Tuesday evening
On Wednesday morning I had a wobble about the stick size at the last minute and changed the size. Spoke on live chat and only too happy to help me.
Thursday delivered by DHL and packaged really well.

I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. I needed to come for a new hockey stick and enquired in advance if the shop would be open on a Saturday - the owner/manager said ordinarily they wouldn’t be in July but if I could give an ETA he would meet me there and open up, which was brilliant! When I got there, I had a great service there too - I was left to try out a variety of sticks on the pitch (which by the way is awesome!) and didn’t feel under any pressure at all. I was given guidance and advice when I asked - just the right balance of service and space. Since there was a sale on I even ended up with new hockey shoes too so ended up a very satisfied customer. I have since recommended the shop to my hockey team mates and will definitely return the next time I need kit. Thank you!

First class service from Simon. Called into the store while visiting the area on business to see what was available for the coming season. Discussed all stick options and had a good hit in the trial area to narrow down options. Spoke about shoes especially the Osaka Paris IDO Mk1 which they were expecting but not in. While paying for the stick, the shoes arrived and added to the bill! Very happy and a good cup of tea too!

Took a 5 hour round trip to One Hockey shop, and it was absolutely worth the journey. Greeted by Simon as soon as we entered, who straight away offered us a brew (10/10btw). His customer service was top tier, he's very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had.

Just being able to try out sticks before you decide what to buy alone is worth the trip, but the staff make it very worthwhile. The shop is clean, tidy and well set out.

Will definitely be returning next time I need a stick.

We've just returned from an appointment with Simon for our daughter who is getting back into Hockey.

Simon was incredibly helpful, really welcoming and put my daughter completely at ease. Managed to get kitted out with everything she needs to start the new season.

I love how you get to try the sticks and shoot at a goal, most of the time when I get a stick offline it’s not what I wanted and I don’t like it but this place has great facilities.

1st visit to the warehouse. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!
