I had a gift card which was out of date. I called and arranged for it to be transferred to a digital card. Took a day or so but received full card face value and was able to add to Apple wallet. Call centre person was helpful.

Scam of a company, I have been trying to activate a chip and pin gift card for over two weeks now, have spoken to three different people on helpline taking up hours of my time and emailed twice and no pin received meaning I cannot access the voucher. DO NOT BUY. I have been expecting a phone call to resolve the issue for the last 15 mins and none received, they simply fob you off until you phone again and speak to another customer service agent restarting the entire process

I haven’t received my e card that I ordered to gift to someone on Christmas. I was expecting that I will receive the card straightaway. Called customer service and they said it usually take 48 hours max to process the card and here I am after 5 days with no signs of card after ordering it 3 days before Christmas.

I love the idea of buying a gift card that can be used anywhere it’s very useful for a family gift when you have different ages and genders to cater too, however I’m from Ireland but live in the USA, your website is not user friendly, the verification system has no option for a US mobile and makes the purchasing system a bit frustrating , It is a wonderful option in today’s world with tariffs bad postage delivery issues etc to gift our Irish families , but make it less frustrating to the US market to purchase

It’s very annoying that you can’t send the verification code to my Australian phone number. That means I have to get someone in Ireland to accept the code and pass it to me. I’ve reported this issue before. Not great customer service that it hasn’t been resolved.

I bought a One4all gift card in the 19th December as a gift. As yet I am still not able to activate this card and send it to my friend. Every avenue I go down is too complicated and I haven’t figured out how to send it. Will not be doing this again.
