Brilliant company with excellent staff and management. I worked for one77 for almost a year and had to leave due to personal reasons. A lot of my past clients and family have since used them for renewals and purchases. They are still the phone number and company I recommend whenever I am asked and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was with the company for bridging loans, business loans and all sorts of personal finance and since I left I have sent much of the same and I have never heard a bad comment. I would adamantly argue anyone with a negative comment against this company and the team.

Could not have wished for a more straight-forward process in getting a new mortgage. Julia Roberts at One77 was exemplary in all her detail and communication with me. This was my 3rd mortgage deal through One77; they've always been excellent, but this was the best. Could not be more pleased.

I have recently purchased my first house and used One77 to sort both my mortgage and my insurances, dealing with Luke and Kathrin respectively.

Couldn't speaker higher of them both we dealt with Luke first, his professionalism and to-the-point approach meant we knew exactly what we could and couldn't afford but also meant we couldn't of been more informed with our mortgage lender choice. We even had additional questions which he had no problems answering, as and when we called up to ask. Luke's communication was also fantastic, we never felt that we had to chase for information making the whole process very smooth and reassuring.

Flawless from start to finish....

Luke has been incredible! So knowledgeable, always does what he says hes going to do, and just feels like a complete safe pair of hands to trust with such a big thing. He has made the whole process an absolute breeze, and even got me a much lower rate on my offer extension. I would recommend without hesitation!

I spoke with an agent on Saturday as I had concerns that my current broker was difficult to get hold of. The woman I spoke with was initially very helpful, and we arranged for her to call me back at 10am today to go through all my details. Needless to say I have not had a phone call, email or text to explain why 40 minutes later no one has contacted me. Not acceptable.
