Do not buy anything from this scamming company. In 2020, they launched a 85W Nucleus Powerhub for US$111 plus shipping in Kickstarter.
The launch was successfully funded in June 2020, and they promptly disappeared from Kickstarter. No updates and emails to them goes unanswered.
Many Kickstarter backers were disappointed on how an international company could do something like that.
Buyer beware
My OneGo developed a fault within 3 weeks - stand does not work. I have no response to any of my emails. I will never buy anything from them again
No Customer Service, No Returns,
I ordered a OnGo just before Christmas 2024. The up stand has already broken. I've sent two messages, four weeks apart, via their website and received no response to either one and I'm left with a product I have to replace. This is not a serious company. No one has to put up with this treatment. Order elsewhere!

My previous review has been deleted. To repeat: the device stopped working after the first use. Will neither charge nor turn on. Several emails and now months without a single reply from the company (Oct 2024-now Feb 2025). Faulty product, no warranty, no customer service. Avoid this product and company.

I've had to re-order my oneadaptr product because they won't answer my emails about a faulty product to their customer support. The products are good, their customer support is non-existent. If you're OK simply re-ordering instead of getting decent customer support, then go for it. If you expect customer support to solve issues: avoid buying from them.
Sold out but good products
They were sold out of the product I wanted for weeks, so I had to opt for a different (more expensive) one. I've purchased an adaptor recently and wanted to buy the same one as a gift, but had to select a different one.
Adaptr broke after less than a year
Adaptr broke after less than a year, still in warranty, tried to get in touch but no response from their side, neither by email address given on website (wm at oneadaptr.com) nor by chat. Was over 60 USD, wouldn't recommend them at all.

I would say their marketing is top notch. Definitely worth 5 stars for that! Now coming onto warranty support. That's where the sun doesn't shine. This is not the first purchase. I have 2 OneWorld65 and they are still working. I then bought two blue coloured OneWorld135 travel adaptor. One decided to fail and I wrote to them asking how I could arrange to have it replaced. Silence... Second, third, fourth email and finally here we are. People, please stay away from them. If you warranty a product, stand by it. Don't leave your customers hanging and hoping that one day, maybe just one day that you would reply...

Product took a month to arrive. I sent several emails to ask where it was which went unanswered as did online chats. I was about to challenge payment with my credit card company when they eventually answered my chat with a link to delivery information. If I had read the online reviews before ordering I would not have used this company. In terms of the product I am now nervous it may not work in the field.
