It’s been over a month. No package, no tracking. Nothing.

I ordered on the 24th of October and received an email on the 28th of October saying my shipment was on the way. However, I never received any tracking information, even after reaching out asking for it.
To date I still have not received the items I’ve ordered but have been sent several requests to review items that I don’t have.
I tried multiple times to contact them with zero response. Save yourself some time, headaches, and expenses by avoiding this scam artist at all costs.

I have contacted them several times. I haven't received my order and they dont reply The track and trace states that the order was delivered at 6.11 am????.

I contacted the merchant multiple times for a price adjustment and they never bothered to respond.

I have bought 9 of these adapters, they are the best.

I took it to Thailand with me, from the UK. It met all my electrical needs and it was the only adapter I needed. Like most people, I have multiple devices, some with USB-A cables, others with USB-C. It just worked. The build seems high quality.

Delivery was very slow but product works great

The EVRI FLEX USB-C 4-In-1 Hub does not work.

Fast delivery and great device. I love.mine so much, I bought another for my friend and colleague.

Going on 2 months now with no communication from the company.

It's been a month and a half since my order and have yet to recieve my items, a tracking number, or reply to my request for info. The customer service is appalling.

Everything went wrong after more than a month i still didnt receive the product didnt get a tracking id and didnt get any answer if i ask where my product is. And then i get an email to give feedback about how i like the product ,... you cant invent that

Broken powerbank. After a First Message that they will send me a new one never heard back from them.

Update: a few months of ghosting and writing them they finally send me their newest powerbank as a replacement. They are not a scam company but just incompetent on their support systems

A very useful adaptor as it does iPhone and the watch.so easy to use

Unfulfiled Order with No Response from Customer Service

OneAdaptr claimed to have shipped my order out, but there is no tracking number or anything of that sort. Emails to their supposed customer support team is unanswered. Recommended to avoid.

As yet I haven't received the product despite emailing to enquire as to its whereabouts.

I think this looks like a great product, but I have not yet received it (after all I ordered it as a pre-order). That said, I received a shipping notification (with no tracking information) on the 26th of August, but when I inquired about it 3 weeks after that date was told (not surprisingly) that it has not shipped yet. Now I’ve received three emails asking for a review of the product, even though it still has not arrived (quite possibly hasn’t shipped…) Staying in touch with your customers is a tried and true business methodology, but if those emails have nothing to do with the reality they are experiencing it just makes you look like you don’t know what you are doing.

Love the adapter, feels very sturdy. Traveled to europe and left all my charging blocks home, just brought this charger and cables and used it for my macbook laptop, phone, headphones and my daughter's iPad and apple pencil and it kept everything charged for us. Some chargers don't work well with the recessed European plugs, but this one sticks out enough to fit perfectly. Only negative is it took about a month to arrive and tracking wasn't updated very frequently, so give yourself plenty of time before your trip!

Your web site says delivery in 10-14 days. It has been over a month. I emailed support and never got a response.

I ordered the All-New OneGo. As my husband ordered and received the first generation OneGo (written about in the Financial Times) a few months ago, I assumed my order would also arrive.

After I ordered I received one (and only one) OneAdaptr email saying my order had shipped on 25 August 2024, stating all orders are tracked and invites me to message them with any problems. My order was also done through Shop. It is now almost 4 weeks and I have received nothing. OneAdaptr's website states my order is "fulfilled" which I now assume means that they got my money and tough for the rest.

There is NO tracking number. You can message hundred of times but they do NOT reply. Shop cannot find any trace of my order. Fortunately I will get my money back from my credit card company and I will write to the FT about this. There has to be an easier way to shut these scammers down.
