Non existent customer service. I have experienced the same issue as many others on here. My adapter stopped working well within the warranty period and the company did not respond on any channel. I think the company knows their goods don't last and just ignore the customer and their products are not cheap. Slick website to lure you in but there are many other alternative companies to buy from now. Don't waste your time and buy elsewhere.

Every step was perfect. Very easy order, prompt delivery and constant tracking Infos.

By far, the best travel adapter I have owned to date. Will work in all countries. 110/220 V. Three USB-C adapters as well as an USB-A adapter. All in one device.

I had my charger go bad within one year with one port stopping working. I reached out multiple times, but OneAdapter didn't respond to my request to fulfill a warranty claim for a new adapter.

Scam. Order never arrived.

Order #33450 confirmed on 10/12/23. I have been following up since then and have never received my item.

I will be charging back to my Amex unless I am sent an order asap

Handy for charging multiple devices compact and a clever design but pricey

The products are well designed and useful, but customer service is appalling.

I have 2 of the travel adapters and 2 of the One units (the older units with the seperate cradles). Just after I received one of the Onego units the cradle stopped charging the battery (the battery still works fine).

I have repeatedly reached out to Oneadaptr customer service via a number of channels to get the unit replaced but have NEVER received a response from them. Customer service seems non existent.

Hard for me to recommend them given how poor the customer service is

This is a fabulous piece of kit and an essential for the business traveller and holiday maker.

Forget all those additional adapters this does it all!

Took way longer than promised to arrive so it didn’t go on our trip.

Advertised as 135 watts but when connected to laptop requiring 100 watts gives message the charger is underpowered.

Item was over priced compared to competitors. I chose go get it anyway. It took three and a half weeks to get here, which meant I didn't get it in time for my trip. When I send their customer service an email asking to cancel the order given the absurd delivery time I received now response.

When the charger is in vertical position - the phone slowly slides down until it's not charging, even without phone case. If it's in a horizontal position, it loses the balance.
Very questionable purchase.

Great customer service, easy pick up and drop off, vehicle didn’t have any mechanical issues, but it had quite a few scratches around.

Works great been using in Italy for 15 days now in Barcelona and works perfect only complaint would be have to take off protective case for phone for wireless charge

Good built quality, definitely better than from the other brands.
Biggest feature I love is the safety to protect devices from surge or over-charging.

Downside is the weight of the adaptor. But it is not big a deal.

The USBc/Lightning reversible cable tip that I ordered was not included in the shipment.

the best quality i can find - far better than the amazon stuff. arrived in 4 days and I'm using it daily. can't wait to travel with it!!! worth the price.
