Ordered from them and never received the shipment. Tracking number was generated but never anything past that. Customer support never responds. Ultimately they take your money and that's it. Labeled the charges as fraud on my card but they never responded to the card company either. Site needs to be taken down.

I placed an order, but when my first credit card did not work, I changed to a second car, I dud not notice that when I did that my shipping address automatically changed yo my billing address. I immediately sent an e-mail requesting the company to change my mailing address. Nobody bothered to reply. I sent several e-mails and never got a reply. The adapter was sent to the wrong address. Do not order from this company. They ship from Hong Kong and they never answer any emails. Terrible customer support.

Ordered a 100w power adapter 6/4/23. Followed up 6/20/23, several times, and again 10/23/23. Nothing. Just said order was in “tracking”. Horrrible customer service, took my money along with everyone else’s. Should be shut down. Do NOT order from this company.

Order #28960. Product shipped in June 2023 and did not arrive, got one response that product would arrive 'soon' after not moving for months and then nothing. No response at all to repeated emails. I will be filing claim with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Delivery tracking shows delivery from Hong Kong to Sydney. Then nothing. No customer service. Not help at all.

I ordered a OneAdaptr 100w and received it on time.

However, the adapter doesn’t work right. When I plug in two devices they both begin to charge, then stop, charge, then stop forever in a cycle. My wife also bought the same adapter and the issue does not occur when I plug the devices in hers.

The biggest problem is that I cannot get ahold of the company for support. Over the course of a month I have sent multiple emails to their support address as well as submitting their RMA form.

I’ve never received even an acknowledgement that my message was received.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Total scam, paid for item, didn’t arrive and despite numerous emails and requests for refund there has been no contact from them. AVOID AND DO NOT BUY

I bought a OneWorld100. They advertised 7-10 days to deliver to Australia. It took 2.5 months without any explanation as to why.

They said I'd get a free cable with it, but instead I got a random USB-C to HDMI+USB adaptor.

It claims to charge 5 devices at once, but it couldn't even do 2 at once via USB-C. There are no LEDs to show status or give error codes as to why it's failing to operate as advertised.

I gave it 2 stars because if you use it to charge just 1 device it works, and the travel adapter part seems to work. Just MASSIVELY overpriced for what it can do.

Definitely not worth the money, avoid and find something better.

After my due-diligence and reading how great the product was, I ordered a OneWorld65 adapter, and couldn’t wait for it to arrive. The product never delivered, even though my PayPal account was debited. Tried many time to reach “customer service” via their online contact form - totally useless. Finally just had to file a claim with my bank to try and get a refund. Thankfully they were successful. I DO NOT recommend this company.

This is a scam. Product never arrived, no responses to my emails to them. I had to get a refund via my credit card company. AVOID!

Took the money on Kickstarter but didn’t deliver. No product, no refund, and no communication since covid. The last we heard was around 3 years ago.

Look for the Nucleus Powerhub, there’s around 500 backers. We’re still waiting.

Oneadaptr was super helpful when selecting a product. However the unit stopped working after a few days, I've tried numerous times to get hold of support, chat, email & a form on the website. No response at all. I'm hoping that this public review will illicit a response from them.

This product looked really good on their marketing and website. I ordered the 100W device and was informed that I would receive it within 10 working days. Several weeks later I am still waiting and there is no response from the business to multiple enquiries via different channels.

My experience was the same as the last reviewer's. The device arrived with a cracked port. I contacted customer service three times and heard nothing back. I highly suggest that you don't buy from them.

I purchased their One Adapter 65w travel adapter to find that one of the power slots was faulty and would not extend to be able to use it.
I have sent over 4 warranty forms as they instruct on their website, I have contacted them on instagram and facebook and they have not replied to any of my requests for refund or replacement.
So beware if you buy from this company. If the product is ok, that's great but if it's faulty, do not expect a replacement or any customer service to resolve the problem.
