I’ve been with the company since 2022 and now they do not let u refinance and they add3 to 4 dollars a day to the remaining balance please stay away

I have been a loyal OneBlinc customer for a few years and OneBlinc always exceeded my expectations until recently. The lack of transparency regarding the new refinance process is disappointing. The new process should have applied to new customers only and not existing customers. Secondly customers should have received advance notice of the change with the refinance process. Also, every financial institution communicates how many payments are required and tentative date for refinance. For OneBlinc to withhold this information from its loyal customers is very disappointing. OneBlinc exist because of its loyal customers and we deserve transparency and respect instead of OneBlinc's predeveloped cut and paste responses. The lack of transparency which is shared on Google reviews by other loyal customers should prompt OneBlinc to communicate with it's customers. The refinance date and number of payments required (10) for refinance was previously provided, however no one at OneBlinc will explain why customer service is no longer able to provide the information to the customers and why refinance after 10 payments is no longer an option. Truth, honesty, transparency and respect is what loyal OneBlinc customers desire and deserve instead of having our trust in OneBlinc erode and diminish.
