I have previously been to Umrah as a youngster and by the will of Allah, I was invited once again, this time with my young family with OneCall Travels.

From start to finish, their team (Yasin Bhai & Tajul Bhai) were professional, attentive, and accommodating to our every need. They didn’t leave you the dark and you would gain something from this trip whether it’s knowledge, experience or happiness. They would prompt you into saying certain things at a specific time and if you think it’s the wrong thing to do they have the evidence from the Quran and Hadiths to back the point. They are properly educated and that’s what you need for a successful Umrah Not to mention that they took a step FURTHER and booked my family in our desired hotel. I have just visited Bangladesh (July 2024). Absolutely top class service. Uncle Yasin took care of all my ticket booking matters and was always on hand to answer any queries I had. Even when I was in Bangladesh, and had queries or concerns, he was still available to assist me and my friend. One Call Travels is excellent from my experience. I booked our first Umrah trip with these people back in 2022 and now for our second Umrah trip in 2024. They was very clear and concise with the process, information and very good with the ticket prices for me and my family too AlHumdulila. They processed our E-Visa's too which was easy to do and set-up within 30 minutes Al-Humdulila. We was given a Umrah step by step guide and vocal message to help us during our umrah journey which was a huge benefit for us Alhumdulila. We booked an umrah package during Ramadan with OneCall Travels and الحمدلله we were not disappointed. From the beginning to the end of our journey the service was truly outstanding. Traveling with a 10month baby was going to be challenging, however, we did not have to worry about any logistics as this was all well organised and included in the fairly priced package, so we could truly focus on worship during the blessed month.

We received helpful information from the start, step by step guidance on how to not only complete umrah but also other acts of ibadah that would be beneficial during Ramadan with knowledge obtained from the Qur’an and Sunnah. The Islamic reminders along the journey were motivational and informative.

Brother Yasin went above and beyond with the support he provided and was always available to answer our questions. May Allah reward him abundantly.
