Very divine Experience with Very big hearted and helpful brother Yasin, very informative and supportive experience.

Great experience with one call travels Yasin bhai was great from when we booked our package till the very end of our umrah trip would definitely recommend one call travels to anyone Sadiq.

Alhumdulilah by the grace of Allah I definitely chose the right group to go umrah with for the first time. I am newly married and it was very important for me and my partner to be able to experience the best for us to build a foundation and stem a seed in our hearts and in to our home where we love our deen, we love Allah and the prophet (SWA).
We had to chose the right group, Allah guided us to Tarbiya Tours Alhumdulilah and our journey started.
Brother Yasin prepped us before hand by sending us lots of reading materials making sure we was on top of it. It wasn’t just about how to do Umrah it was deeper, he started sending resources about Islamic Creed based on Quran and Sunnah, took us back to the bottom to resurface the basics.
We was always updated on the duas we should be learning and given us a step by step guide, with transliteration and translation of the duas which was so helpful Alhumdulilah. My husband was also shown via videos how to wear the ihram.
Once we got there everything at the hotel ran smoothly and Alhumdulilah we was well looked aftered, we didn’t hesitate or was worried or scared. Whatever questions we had small or big it was always answered promptly.
Ziarah was definitely an amazing experience with tarbiya tours, Yasin Bhai even suprised us with extra places that wasn’t planned in the ziarah which was an amazing suprise Alhumdulilah. A couple of nights in medina the group requested extra seminars in the evenings and literally we couldn’t get enough, even though it was cold and Yasin Bhai started feeling unwell Alhumdulilah on our request he still delivered the seminars we requested on top of the ones he had already planned, May Allah bless him and his family and reward him abundantly Ameen.
Makkah and Medina was the best experience in my life literally and I couldn’t have chosen a better group we literally stuck together like a big family, i will definitely go again with this group and would recommend and newly weds or families with babies or elderly. Yasin bhai who is Alhumdulilah bio lingual translated everything in bengali to the elderly and other languages too.
Me and my husband learnt so much on this Umrah trip to take home, and instill it in to our lives Alhumdulilah.

I booked my umrah with Tarbiya tours and had no problems with any of the services provided. I did not take the site touring which was my mistake and find it difficult to find anyone myself in Mecca and Madina.so I messaged Yasin brother and he send me details of a tour guide straight away and help me through my journey. He also adviced and carried out seminar sessions before my travel explaining the whole process, which was the main part without this I would not be able to carry out my umrah. He advice and services was very good , you can ask anything you not sure about and will be answered quickly. I would highly recommend their services especially if it your first time. Thanks

We went for Umrah in October 2023 with Yasin at One Call Travel. It was one of the most amazing experiences. Yasin had taken away all of the anxiety and stress of the journey from arranging all the travel paperwork and running through step by step the itinerary & required rituals through to accompanying us and ensuring successful airport check-in and flight/transit through to ensuring we arrive safely to our destination hotel. Yasin took time to show us the local amenities in both Mecca & Medina and was the perfect guide during Umrah, ensuring the group is always together and no one is left behind. The hotels were excellently located to the Haram making it easy to pray every salat at the respective masajid. We also had the opportunity to go on Ziarah where Yasin ran through the important events that occurred and why it is it relevant for us to experience. This coupled with his evening tutorials, covering the rights & rituals, enabled us to follow the footsteps of the prophet (s.a.w) and the Sahabah, in line with the Sunnah. Yasin’s attention to detail gave us comfort and the feeling he was right next to us at all times. Will definitely travel with him again insha’Allah!!

Just traveled with One call travels/Tarbiya tours with our guide and emir Yasin. The service was amazing and started well before we left and finished after we had all returned. In between information and guidance was given with kindness and heartfelt. He and his family provided constant reassurance and tips, such as best food places.
I felt full confidence him looking after me and my family as well as the other 40 guests of Allaah (SWT) the whole time.

One Call Travel and Tarbiya Tours was our choice for Umrah and what a brilliant choice Alhumdulillah!. Brother Yasin, arranges absolutely everything and takes all the stress away Mashallah. His communication prior, during and after is so informative and so helpful. This was my first Umrah and Brother Yasin ensures every single person in the group is happy and clear of what the journey should entail and what can be expected. He advises what duas should be said, when and where. He went above and beyond and managed by some miracle to keep the group together. Just to say this isn’t a pay review and I am writing this on my own free will.

This is my 2nd Umrah booking with Brother Yasin.

I have just completed my umrah tour of 9 days with my family with brother Yasin and group of 50 including children’s, different ethnicity group and some people with disability. All people were treated equally and fairly and we were all one big family.

The service delivered by brother Yasin was absolutely amazing and you get what you pay for eg 1. Group meeting and Umrah seminar week before departure and during over there, 2. Continuous updates on WhatsApp Messenger, 3. Massive discounts, 4. We all had free upgrade to 5star hotel in Madina instead of 4star, 5. Free goody bags including ihram
6. Brother Yasin will also be in the tour

But please bear in mind brother Yasin doesn’t control airlines, transits, weather or any delays.

I would highly recommend this service as whether you have disable person, children or visa for travel document no need to worry brother Yasin will manage and sort everything for you whether it’s airport, coach or hotel.

Please be careful off other travel agents as they fail to delivery what they promise as it has happened with me in the past.

Very detailed umrah seminar explaining how to perform Umrah according to our prophet Muhammad. A detailed PDF file which explains everything a-z without any confusion and with reference therefore nothing is made up.

We did umrah group of 50 people together step by step and without losing anyone as brother Yasin was always waiting for everyone every few minutes.

Every Ziyarat included detailed lecture and well explained with reference.

May Allah give extra strength and knowledge of Islam to brother Yasin

Amazing experiance from the first call to the end. I contacted them for my wife's umrah visa and they instantly sent me all the required information on whats app. They proceseed the visa application yesterday evening and we got the visa today. So what's holding you back from performing Umrah or Hajj? What are you waiting for? DEATH? The rights and obligations due towards Allaah must be fulfilled first and given priority over the rights of the creation if one fulfills and meets the prerequite for Umrah or Hajj. How sad is it that people spend thousands on family holidays and yet don't visit the house of Allaah and yet there others who are buried six foot under the ground who had the ability, but didn't make use of their time or health and now it's too LATE. WARNING!
There will be lot of people from Pakistan especially on Ibrahim khalil Street Makkah where probably you will be staying in one of the hotels. Theses people will come to you in all shapes and sizes. They will tell you their sad and heartbreaking emotive fake stories. They will ask you for money first or to buy food for them. Be firm and say I cannot help you, especially the sisters who start pulling out their purses because of their emotional nature. It's a scam, these people are doing organised crime. You are your No.1 priority. These people are in Makkah to con you out of your money. No shame. Also beware of the young girl asking for food.
