Alhamdulillah this was one of the best Umrah trips I have had. OneCall Travels was fantastic in organising and arranging all the travel logistics, they provided educational seminars throughout my Umrah to make it meaningful and to help with understanding the process of Umrah and Tawheed. Hotel locations in Medinah and Makkah were perfect and very close to the haram. I would strongly recommend OnceCall Travels to anyone planning to perform Umrah and Hajj.

This is my second trip to ummrah, first time traveling with One Call Travel.

The service from start to the end has been excellent, with their very knowledgeable guided tours of the both holy cities. Brother Yaseen helpfulness, is above and beyond. The way he approaches the group is like his own family.

As Salamu Alaikum, during my experience with onecalltravels, I must say it was extremely amazing doing umrah with them especially the group leader brother Yasin he made the entire trip entirely convenient and everything went smoothly I had no problems with them.

Of all the travel agents I’ve performed Umrah with, OneCall Travels is the best by far.

Alhamdulillah, by the permission of Allah, he allowed me to visit the holy sites and perform my first umrah. Alhamdulillah it was honestly the best experience!!!

10 days journey as if it was 2 weeks SubhanAllah- time flies, and I want to stay for longer :(

First 5 days at madinah alhamdulillah and then 5 days at makkah.

Honestly I cannot thank Yasin bhiaya enough… where can I start…?

Really! He will honestly make you smile. He definitely made my journey alhamdulillah.

2- his generosity: the amount of times he has taken out his precious time and his own money to help us, was so beautiful really! He spends and caters for us alhamdulillah!

3- his connections/links: alhamdulillah he has very good connections/links with shiekh dr yusuf Abdul jobbar and this brother is another legend allahuma barik, honestly if you see these two brothers, they have the same mindset (as of what I have seen) but honestly they are beautiful how they talk to each other and others.

But overall alhamdulillah was great experience. I recommend you guys joining!

Brother Yasin Chowdhury was extremely kind. I came across him by chance in Madinah and he subsequently went out of his way to help us in difficult situations despite us performing Umrah through a different travel agent. May Allah reward him.

Just recently came back from umrah Alhamdulillah. I have been before many times and the only reason I would recommend OneCall Travels is because I don’t have to worry about anything except my umrah, my salah, my dhikr and my reward. I can take my mind off this world and focus on what to do to get to the next life - bar choosing what food to have 😂. But this is how it should be. I am grateful to have such good help and support. This was my second trip to Umrah with onecall travels. Previously my brother had also traveled with them as well as my mum. We have nothing but praise for the way in which the service is conducted. I decided to go Umrah with one call travels as they where highly recommended. My plan is if Allah SWT wills to go Hajj but this opportunity came up to go umrah and I could not say no. Brother Yasin is only a message away if I had any issues. I have genuinely felt so comfortable with this experience and would highly recommend. Not only is Yasin a great help he genuinely Alhamdulillah is a fantastic person he made my experience also fun. Great service from One call travels. Brother yaseen looked after my family very well and supported us on everything. One family member is an Indian passport holder and he helped us to get embassy visa (slightly different process). He provided free gifts (zamzam water and ihram) and provided VIP coaches for ziyarah and airport transfers.

My husband and I had booked our Hajj with OneCall Travels for July 2020. Throughout the process, Br Yasin was very professional and thorough. Unfortunately due to Covid, our trip was cancelled and we decided to defer to 2021. OneCall Travels provided consistent updates and reminders for sabr and we are very grateful for how the situation was managed. When Hajj was then cancelled for international pilgrims for the second year in a row, we made the decision to ask for a refund which was returned without hesitation. We pray all efforts are accepted by Allah and He swt calls us for Hajj one day soon. Once again jazakAllah khayr, Br Yasin, for your support and help.

I booked my Hajj trip with OneCall Travels in December 2019 to go in July 2020.
Brother Yasin was very thorough and helpful when making my booking. He talked us through the whole itinerary and answered any questions with full confidence. He was very easy to talk to and understanding when issues did arise and when the pandemic hit, he was consistent with updates and encouraged positivity. I deferred my Hajj to 2021 because of my faith in Br Yasin. Unfortunately it was cancelled for international pilgrims for the second year in a row. I decided to ask for a refund instead of deferment as due to personal reasons I am not sure if I will be able to go in summer 2022. Yasin Bhai has given me a full refund without hesitation and I have asked him to put my name on the waiting list when Hajj does eventually resume.
From my experience, I would highly recommend OneCall Travels as the dealing I’ve had with them has been brilliant from the start and I have no regrets. I make dua Allah swt invites me to his house soon.
