We had a first class experience dealing with OneCall while booking our Hajj tickets, and even though we were unable to go to Hajj this year due to Covid 19 visa restrictions, brother Yasin was very honourable and offered us a refund without question even at his own personal financial loss. This is a great travel agency, where the agent is very trustworthy and conducts himself with the utmost professionalism and integrity, so we will be using their services again next year InshaAllah, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable travel agent.

My family and I went to Umrah with OneCall Travels and it was a wonderful experience.
Brother Yasin provided everything he said that he would. Both hotels were very close to the mosque and had easy access for prayer. OneCall Travels provided coach service from airport to hotels and also provided coach to take us to local places. The coach was very clean and provided a prompt service.
Brother Yasin guided us all the way through our Umrah journey and he gave us speech about Islam and way to perform Umrah every evening at the hotel lobby. Which was very helpful. Everything was organised by One Call Travels and they take full credit for providing an outstanding service.

OneCall travels planned an amazing Umrah pilgrimage package for me as this was my first time travelling to Madina and Makkah. It was delivered as promised.

I want to express my appreciation for OneCall staff- they had supported me throughout and planned a great affordable Umrah package for me. Their communication was great as I got updates via phone calls (sending prompts and reminders) and WhatsApp messaging on the move. Their step by step itinerary with illustrated plans for the trip was handy. I was able to carry out my obligatory duties as well as having scheduled in some free time to wonder around the two cities.

Hotels were very close to the mosques and were very clean, food provided was great too.

I really liked the fact that I didn’t have to do any paper works. This was a stress-free trip organised and managed by Brother Yasin. Any questions I had were answered on the same phone call or he would callback with the correct information.

It was a blessing to receive complimentary gifts such as the Ihram garments, string bag with personalised name and a 5 litre ZamZam water to bring back to the UK.

Would I recommend OneCall Travels?

Yes! Of course I would recommend it to all my family and friends without any hesitation. It was an easy decision to make because of the company’s credentials being listed on the Hajj ministry and on the Saudi Embassy website as well as having the ATOL scheme.

Hajj with One Call Travels led by Br. Yasin was amazing! SubhanAllah! Everything went very smoothly! To our surprise we got given the Kaba View room. Our hotels were soo close to the Haram and to the Prophet's (saw) Mosque that you could view and hear all the adhan, prayers and acts of worship. Travelling was made soo easy. Despite the fact that there are more than 2million people doing Hajj at the same time we arrived at Arafah in full comfort by 7am and it was the most beautiful of experiences.

The best feature of Br. Yasin's One Call Travels is his commitment to guide and educate all thr pilgrims from the bottom of his heart using only Sunnah and Qur'an. If there's no evidence he does not promote it! Which is amazingly authentic and had a massive impact on our Hajj knowledge and practice but simultaneously the way in which we intended to increase our knowledge and practice of Islam upon our return.

He led extremely beneficial seminars in different languages to meet the linguistic needs of different people within the group. Everything was based on Hadith and Qur'an and he referenced everything he said and taught so we were free to research and challenge if we wanted.

All hotels were 5star with food provided. On top of that he was a resident of Saudi for many years and thus is very familiar with all areas and the different dialects of Arabic. He took us on extra educational tours to Uhud, Quba, Museums and Clock Tower and led the tours with Islamic history himself. It was definitely an extra Islamic educational experience!

His level of care was second to none MashAllah. Not once did we message/contact him and not hear from him. He was always available and concerned about his group. He truly treated us like brothers and sisters and not like some groups do - like clients and aim to make the money. He even walked around the plane and kept asking us all if we were okay and needed anything.

His clarification of different practices during Hajj was amazing! He genuinely kept encouraging us to make the most of our prayers and worship! He did not fabricate methods to build bidaah and make more customers for the upcoming seasons. E.g. we were not group chanting in Arafah as that's not sunnah, we were all reminded with evidence the importance of independent prayers and kept being encouraged to make the duas the way the prophet (saw) did.

May Allah grant Br. Yasin the best in his work. Ameen. We genuinely reccomend One Call Travels for his customer service, his hospitality and his beneficial knowledge and experience. It was more than Hajj. It truly educated us for life and we are still aiming to continue to research and do better in shaa Allah.

Just came back from Hajj 2 weeks ago with OneCall, Alhamdulillaah we had an amazing experience from start to finish. We booked with them solely because of wanting to do Hajj according to the sunnah of the Prophet (s.a.w). Alhamdulillaah we can say that we believe we completed all the rights according to this with NO cultural aspects/bid'ah mixed into it. The service delivered was excellent and we were kept in the loop at all times with information through WhatsApp messages. The seminars and regular imaan boosting talks/messages helped us feel a spiritual high throughout the whole journey alhamdulillaah. Alhamdullilah me and my husband went with One Call Travels for our Hajj experience (2018). I would highly recommend One Call Travels. It was my first time performing Hajj and I was very anxious whether I would be able to perform Hajj in the correct way.
