I really enjoyed Hajj with One Call Travels. One of my main concerns was doing my best to make sure it’s accepted by Allah. With the more than 10 years experience and knowledge, Yasin informed us how to do Hajj the ways of the salaf according to Quran and Sunnah. He also let us know to refrain from popular acts of bid3a.

On top of this One Call Travels
Focuses on the details which is reassuring, such as providing us with complimentary personalised goody bags, umbrella, bag tags, much needed belts for ihram and things I would not have thought of otherwise.

I particularly loved the personalised service. I felt like he was on call 24/7 for any queries I had via WhatsApp or phone call.

My brother had very important medication that needed to be refrigerated all the time and Yasin made sure that this was facilitated and taken care off in madina and Mecca and also when we was in azaziya/ mina

When doing Hajj for the first time you can feel a bit nervous not knowing what to face ahead but he removes that fear with seminars and pop up banners at every milestone of Hajj

I was right at home when I arrived at the Swissotel. We had concierge on 24/7call for any requests,a beautiful view of the kaba, a wide range of foods and desserts and the hotel was soo clean.

Alhamdulillah I can confidently say I wouldn’t go with anyone else but One Call Travels

Onecall Travel has always been a tour operator which myself and family & friends approach when we need a holiday arranged which has always given us the peace of mind that our journey will be pleasant and trouble free.
Myself and my elderly mother have travelled many times with Onecall and it has always been a pleasure dealing with all their experienced staff and management team, I once made a brave decision to travel to Saudi Arabia with my young child whom is in a wheelchair, I sought Onecall management advice and following our meeting, I was reassured and encouraged by their support to make the journey, having done so, it was absolutely fantastic, management from UK continuously kept in touch with me whilst I was abroad to ensure I was receiving their excellent service, their extensive contacts abroad with transportation, hotels and other services was exceptional with highly trained English/ multilingual speaking staff ensured a pleasant holiday....i would highly recommended Onecall to anyone with family, elderly or just individuals.
Alhamdulliah my dear mother and I have been blessed many times to Travels for Hajj & Umrah with Onecall, although I did not want to mention name of management, I cannot express how thankful we are to Yasin Bhai who has been the backbone and face of Onecall Travels for many many years providing exceptional service to his hujaj’s, he makes time to organise meeting to arrange tailor made packages for umrah and Hajj taking all our needs into consideration.
Yasin bhai vast contacts in Saudi Arabia with Hotels such as intercontinental, Hilton, and others makes your journey more convenient to those who wish to stay close to the haram.

No problem everything went according to plan

After enquiring, researching and reading reviews about many agencies, we ended up going Hajj with Onecall travel last year. Alhamdulillah it was one of the best decisions we made by far.
Where do I start, from booking the tickets, to Heathrow till the end our journey, our Yasin Baisab has been the back bone and support of this amazing experience. His support is one of a kind and will always remain with us. He is a very knowledgable person who held brilliant seminars and even continues to remind us about our deen, even up until today. He was constantly checking up on us throughout the journey to make sure everything was okay. And reminded us about the purpose of our journey. And the expectations that we had were exceeded. Our hajj experience was a good and unforgettable one. Due to Bother Yasin's 15 years of experience we felt that we were in good hands.
He had provided us with much needed seminars with relevant topics in intervals which gave us the confidence to carry out our Hajj rites to the best of our ability.

Having been on Umrah with Yasin Bhai and OneCall Travels, I found him to be very knowledgeable in all the rites and very accommodating to any issue that arise.

Would gladly go again with him and recommend him to anyone who is thinking about going on Hajj or Umrah

We had an amazing experience with brother Yasin, he helped us at every step of the way (more than the other hajj companies). He made sure we performed our hajj according to the sunnah of the prophet SAW (without any innovations), pushed us to make the most out of our hajj and gave seminars on what do after hajj as well.

Please check out his packages, they may be a little more expensive than other companies, but you get a lot more for your money. This is because he has a lot of experience (i believe over 10 years) and has good contacts. Brother Yasin was happy to answer all our questions and was always there to help. He has seminars before and during hajj and also is happy for you to contact him after hajj.

Also, check all the google reviews to get an idea on how satisfied we all are. I would definitely recommend OneCall Travels and would love to travel with them again InshaAllah.

Wallahi I think my biggest regret was not going with the brothers at One Call Travels - I met the brothers while on hajj and unlike most other travel agencies who would have a go at an outsider who isn’t part of their group the brothers at One Call Travel took me in as one of their own and made me feel as if I was actually a part of this ummah. In comparison to the travel agent I went with One Call Travels were always more organised, prepared and weren’t constantly trying to add extra hidden fees, the travel agent I went with almost every other day tried to charge everyone for something new whereas One Call Travels had everything included within their price right down to the Qurbani.

In addition in terms of knowledge I didn’t learn anything with my own travel agent but alhumdulilah the brothers at One Call Travels were kind enough to share their knowledge about hajj and Islam in general with me in accordance to the Quran and Sunnah.

Alhamdulillah we had such a good Hajj experience with One Call Travels. Initially I was concerned about obtaining Hajj Visas as I had to ask for my passport back on 2 occasions for business trips abroad, but Alhamdulillah they know what they are doing, have a good reputation with the authorities and soon after submitting my passport I received the visas a few days later. The briefing was clear, precise and to the point. I took my whole family and everyone had benefitted from the nuggets of information and reminders at the relevant times. May Allah (swt) accept all our ebadah and grant us Hajj Mabroor. Ameen.

my experience with one call was great at first i was experiencing a lot of anxiety before traveling to Makkah but Alhamdulilah one call travel has really helped us step by step guidance catering to our needs,

I can’t thank Yasin bai enough for all his hard work and effort making sure everything was running smooth, we also had seminars a few days before hajj Yasin bai did teach us a lot may Allah bless him. At first I was actually scared and had anxiety about the Mina toilets but Alhamdulilah our toilets was clean nothing like what I have thought or heard Alhamdulilah.

I would highly recommend this company I have friends who traveled with one call who was 101% satisfied.

Alhamdulilah just returned from a trip which was everything I'd prayed it would be. The organisers logistically were perfect, from our family we had a 70 year old and three teenagers, they all felt listened to and looked after.
Most importantly i felt the idlamic motivational messages lifted us when we were flagging and kept us on a mission to maximise our time there.

Brother Yasin was very clear from the beginning with his communications and the service he would be providing.

He delivered everything that he promised and made our hajj experience an easy one. He was very approachable answering any questions be it logistical or matters of religion.

We took our 16 m/o baby with us and he constantly checked up to make sure everything was ok etc.

The tents chosen in Mina and Arafat were comfortable and with good facilities. He provided clear guidance each and every step of the way.

I would definitely choose onecall again and recommend them to others.

I have had an amazing experience with OneCallTravels. We were constantly updated. As a disabled person, OneCall Travels made my Hajj possible. Hajj was performed according to the Sunna of our prophet (PBUH), absolutely perfect.

Everything was well organised and we really appreciate the welcome we received in Makkah and the invaluable lectures and reminders. There were inevitably a few times of test from Allah where we were waiting in the coach, but this is an expected part of Hajj. Moments such as these were purely due to the Hajj Ministry calling coaches in line, at set times and the qadr of Allah.

Excellent service recieved from one call travels on our recent hajj pilgramage 2019. They exceeded all my expectations especially considering that I took my elderly mum and dad to hajj. Brother Yasin and team where always there to answer any query and helped us perform hajj following the correct sunnah as per Mohammed PBUH. I look forward to many more trips with onecall travels. Also all hotels were as described which provided great peace of mind. I would recommend one call to all Muslims going on umrah and hajj.
