Godsend for people who can’t get to a tax agent office
Don’t know why I haven’t been doing it this way for years, took about ten minutes on the phone and my return estimate went from me owing ATO to getting about a thousand back. I work from home due to personal circumstances and could never get to a tax agent, so being able to do it from home was a game changer. Special thanks to Ning for helping me 😊
