This is the second time I have used One Click Root and it won't be my last as we know technology changes. I had the pleasure of working with Na vneet R this time and I can't believe he was so patient with me doing what he needed on my end but full professional and i am so happy with the service. I highly recommend their 12 month program for protecting your device. I did and I hope I don't need them but you never know when something will happen. I just know I will sleep better knowing they have my back.

I used the service and it was very smooth. The guys are very helpful. Previous phone I tried to myself and it took ages for me to root a phone but with them it takes max an hour. They are patient and helpful. Worth the money.

its more then one click and SOME techy know how is neeeded but its very easy! agent was very patient and they arent pushy with trying to get you to buy a subscription for suppport. they mention it once and if you decline then thats the end of them asking, no push or scare tactic mumbo to pursuade you, just very professional

These guys are the best if you want to root a device or you have a brick. Easy to understand and really know what they are doing.

They took my money didn't finish rooting my phone and left my bootloader open now I've got all kind of malicious software on my phone not to mention that I'm pretty sure that they installed a version of my software that's being surveyed now not sure I could be crazy for all I know but it's super weird like even one of my cameras for my outdoor security cam looks red now weird weird totally choppy yeah this place is a total sham and I would seriously look at your background activity

Paid $40 for phone root, then nothing. It shows in my CC statement as TV cable provider.

site has been down for over a week no response via emails or private message I have paid for root and now cant chat with anyone

I have used these guys 3 times and it have worked flawlessly each time! The Bryan dude who helped me with my last 2 devices was very polite and did not give up even tho the first device failed 4 times to root! It worked in the end

You get two stars only. I will not call you scammers. I heard from many sides that you actually can root phones. But beside that you can root some phones, then the service sucks. What you write about how the will be performed do not match what you actually do. Your 24/7 live chat, is unmanned constantly. I tried to use it 6 times over 14 hours but not one single time I got in contact with anyone. You claim not to charge money before the rooting has been done. My webbank showed the money was charged as soon as I had approved payment. And not as for other payments where I can see the payment is reserved, pending payment. Your email might use names/alias of the employee but all answers nothing but a script. In the third email you provided a link to schedule a meeting instead of using the live chat. I then received an email with a message, that the meeting is through Zoom. So Had to install a Zoom, as the live chat obviously cannot be used. However I was not happy at that point as nothing had worked out as described yet, I choose to give it one last chance. And what happened. Nothing, as Moshayed Hossain did not show up at the scheduled appointment. Ibviously no supervisors or just as simple as a program is also not managing that another employee take over.
The most redicolous is that after complaining about no one showing up at the scheduled appointment, I get an email, with no excuse at all, but a ridiculous message that my payment did not expire, and an offer to convert the payment to be used for other types of services. At that point I got enough. Realised that the answers you get is tricker by keywords, as obviously no one actually read my messages, I want my money back. So I used the magic keyword "refund". Then I got an email stating my payment was still pending, and I would have a refund, and it would take the usual amount of time,bla bla bla. However I know that a credit card payment can be cancelled within seconds if the transaction was still not done.
Fair should be fair. You are clear not scam. But your service level is so lousy low and absolutely not as you write it is. If I knew that you would improve, which I honestly don't believe, as this type of setup clearly show that the company is more focused on saving money on service level, than actually providing the promised service, then I would probably use your service. I got my payment back within reasonable time. At least your scripted service work for that part.

Company says they won't charge you until the root is complete. I was charged immediately, not a pending charge but a posted one. The rep was, "too bad, so sad. It'll be refunded when billing gets to it.

Absolute zero credibility.
