I have to have Bloods taken fairly regularly for some private treatment. It’s never simple and I’ve tried a number of services, but now I’ve found One Day Tests I won’t use anywhere else.

I had an at home and in person blood test and both were so easy - the woman at the clinic who took my test was lovely and professional and made me feel at ease. Received results the next day even though it was a 1-2 day wait time.

I had a great experience at the Clinic; the process was quick and seamless, with a fast turnover time for the results!
The clinic is pretty accessible and easy to find too, and I will definitely recommend it for quick tests and consultations!

I used OneDayTest for the Ultimate Performance Test, a fasting insulin test, and a vitamin D test, and overall the experience was very good.
As with previous visits, the appointment process was smooth and efficient. You turn up, and within about 10 minutes you’re in and out. Everything runs on time, there were no queues, and the staff were professional and friendly. The environment was comfortable, and it was a nice touch that they offered water and snacks afterwards.
In terms of results, most of my results came back the very next day. The fasting insulin test had a quoted five-day turnaround but actually arrived in four days. The Ultimate Performance Test was comprehensive and provided enough detail that I already had a good indication of the final outcome in advance.
The reports themselves are clear and well presented, with reference ranges and explanations included, which makes the results easy to understand. The test packages are thorough and cover a lot of ground.
The only improvement I’d suggest is offering a “build your own test” option at a more reasonable bundled price. Individual tests can be quite expensive, so a custom package with sensible pricing would be a great addition.

I recently booked a Complete Women’s Blood Test with One Day Tests in Birmingham, and the whole experience was excellent. The website was really easy to navigate, and choosing the nurse option was straightforward. I even had to rebook, which turned out to be simple and hassle‑free.
On the day of my appointment, the staff were lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Everything was clearly explained — how the appointment would go, where to find my results, and how long they would take.
I received my results both as a PDF by email and through my online account. The explanations were clear and easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and reassuring experience from start to finish.

The service was very nice, the staff were kind and I came early to my appointment but didn't even need to wait. All it took was 5 min and I was done without any pain or whatsoever. You could really acknowledge how professional they were. Definitely going back here once I need another blood test.

Easy to arrange and got results quickly, the person who took my blood sample and the GP were lovey and very professional.

This is a really good service. Results came back quickly and I was able to speak to a GP from 1 day tests the same day to discuss them.

Second time using one day tests. Both time I have opted to visit my local clinic to have blood drawn. Service is excellent and prompt upon arrival. Will continue to use in future to monitor my health. I had the same lady both times and she is lovely. No fuss, no begging for a test just book it and it's done unlike my GP
