Great experience
I recently booked a Complete Women’s Blood Test with One Day Tests in Birmingham, and the whole experience was excellent. The website was really easy to navigate, and choosing the nurse option was straightforward. I even had to rebook, which turned out to be simple and hassle‑free.
On the day of my appointment, the staff were lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Everything was clearly explained — how the appointment would go, where to find my results, and how long they would take.
I received my results both as a PDF by email and through my online account. The explanations were clear and easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and reassuring experience from start to finish.

Professional service
The service was very nice, the staff were kind and I came early to my appointment but didn't even need to wait. All it took was 5 min and I was done without any pain or whatsoever. You could really acknowledge how professional they were. Definitely going back here once I need another blood test.

Very impressed.
Had 2 blood tests delivered. Emails received throughout explaining the procedure including an email to say tests had been received.
Results sent same day as tests were received at the labs.
Information on results then sent via email and on dashboard on the website.
Very impressed with the service.

Second time using one day tests
Second time using one day tests. Both time I have opted to visit my local clinic to have blood drawn. Service is excellent and prompt upon arrival. Will continue to use in future to monitor my health. I had the same lady both times and she is lovely. No fuss, no begging for a test just book it and it's done unlike my GP

Different packages according to your needs/concerns.
Alison was lovely, very professional as well as friendly in her approach. Straightforward explanation of procedure and how to check the results once you get it via email.
