Easy to book. When arrived went straight in even though I was slightly early. Experience was straight forward and minimal pain for the sample. Nice person doing the tests who made me feel comfortable. Results back in the time-frame as indicated on the booking

Brilliant staff and mega speedy results (less than 24 hours)

Quick and efficient service. Results returned quickly. The only critique would be the follow up appointment although professional follows UK medical guidelines; some of which now falls behind latest (last 5 years medical trials).

Lovely reception, informative. Welcomed questions. I got what I paid for very quickly a good indepth view of my bloods.
A Gp I would of waited ages then not held the results unless I asked for them and waited. So Well worth the money and you can return and track your progress

Lovely experience and very fast turn around for results!

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The website was easy to navigate to book the right blood tests, and there were plenty of time slots to choose from.
On the day the instructions to find the clinic were perfect and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The phlebotomist was lovely, again friendly and professional, and explained everything thoroughly. No problem taking the blood sample, and quick and straightforward.
The results arrived exactly as expected and described, and were very easy to interpret.

Great service fast results

very professional, clean quick and on time, in fact my results came back sooner than expected.

Every member of staff that I communicated with was polite and professional. The doctor Who took my blood was wonderful and explained everything to me along with painlessly executing the blood draw.

It took three days for all of my blood results to come back which was extremely fast and the way they are presented on the dashboard they give you access to is impressive.

Great easy to do. As soon as you do your blood send it back and by the next day you have your results brilliant can't ask for faster 👍

Fast and efficient service. My phlebotomist (in Bristol) was excellent. The advertised turnaround time for my test was 3 days from the sample arriving at the lab. In fact, I got the results within 24 hours of the sample being taken.
I had a couple of queries about my results. I sent them in by email and received helpful replies.
I would definitely use this service again.

I recommend Oneday tests. A great idea that Oneday tests superbly provide all you need to get the blood test you want. Website is easy to use and navigate. Easy to order what you want and stream of emails to keep you updated. I had walk-in blood taken. Results came back 2 days later! Very informative presentation of results.

From blood test (in-person) to receiving the results was just 24 hours! The nurse was friendly and very helpful (she clarified something about the test for me to ensure that the specific test I had booked would be suitable for what I needed it for).

Nice staff, clean friendly and professional. However after paying over £200 for tests and the results to be “boarder line” with an ambiguous description and then them wanting you to pay an extra £85 for 15mins with a GP online. so unless you pay it you are left feeling just as anxious as you were before the results so that was a bit cheeky but apart from that service was 10/10.
