It was my first blood test so I was really put at ease and distracted from it which was great. The room was also beautiful with soft light lamps and pretty Christmas lights which also made me feel less nervous as it didn’t have that scary clinical feel.

Rebecca one of the phlebotomist is very professional and skilled. She helped me with booking next appointment as I had no signal on my phone. Highly recommend.

Was an extremely easy process
The website gave me all the detailed information that I needed to make the decision on which blood tests to select and the booking was really easy to arrange through the website. I went for the Ultimate longevity Test, Rebecca took my bloods and despite some technical issues with the system she got my samples off and the tests came through 2 days later. The information on the results helped me understand the readings and the coloured dashboard highlighted areas where my readings were out of the normal parameters. Found the whole process very easy and quick results for a very competitive price!

Really simple website, ordering was easy. I found it difficult to use the at home kit so changed to visit a blood draw clinic. Getting an appointment was brilliant, the same day in fact!
Service was excellent, and the results came through the next day. Would definitely use again.

I didn't book an appointment but got there and was attended to quickly and politely. The environment is clean. The person that took my bloods was also very understanding and empathetic when I told her about my fear of needles. The results came out fast and I was consistently kept up to date. I definitely recommend and would use again

I attended the Cardiff clinic on a Friday for Ultimate Longevity tests. Rebecca was friendly, efficient and explained everything well. I had notification my samples had arrived on Saturday morning and within a couple of hours the results started coming through.

There was a delay in some of them but Charlotte responded to my query in 15 minutes of my email and the remaining results arrived 2 hours later. I wish other organisations gave this level of service

Really simple and easy process. Location for tests provided parking and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Friendly and helpful team.
