The walk-in service was not hectic yet simply, with the nurse apply calmness & surety of one well-being and operation not taken too long for completion then one can walk-out without dis-comfort of pain.

Highly recommended! Amazing service, fast turn-around, valuable test results. I booked them last year for a blood draw on 30th December and i received my results via email the next day on new year’s eve. Well impressed!

So quick and efficient, I did not even have to pay for parking. Appointment was easy to book. Phlebotomist was very pleasant and the procedure took 5 minutes. Results back in less than 8 hours.

Wanted a blood test same day as my GP was fully booked for a week .
First time using this company but the service was outstanding.
I never made an appointment I just turned up 11:30 am and was seen straightaway and met by a friendly and professional lady called Maricel who explained the different type of tests and costs etc .
Paperwork sorted and blood taken within 10 mins and I was on my way .
Received my results same day between 6pm- 8pm they were emailed to me with all the notes regarding the biomarkers etc.
Happy customer would definitely recommend if you want your test same day and results 😀 😊 💉

Super efficient, v competitive pricing, great customer service.
I usually have difficulty with needles but was well looked after by an excellent medical professional who also offered a much-needed bottle of water on a hot day! Plus the results followed soon after my appointment.

An easy to use, professional and fast service. The results came with a description of each biomarker and some indication about what a low or high reading might indicate. I didn’t use the GP consultation service so can’t speak to that. The only thing I would recommend to anyone using the service is that they go to a clinic to get their blood taken rather than doing this at home for themselves. The phlebotomist took three large viles of blood from me, which I wouldn’t have been able to provide if I took the blood for myself at home. And I suspect having more blood to work with made things much easier and perhaps more accurate during the testing phase.

Very quick service and very professional and assuring and results come very quickly and very reasonably priced compared to others! Will use again if need too! Very clean in there well!

Esther at the Chiswick location was fabulous!! I was turned away for a blood test at other clinics because of very very difficult veins but Esther took time to find my veins without poking randomly, she took us 20 minutes early and she was so kind and made the process very smooth despite me being a nervous patient. Thank you Esther!
