Both Receptionist and Phlebotomist were welcoming. The phlebotomist made me feel comfortable and managed my expectations well.

I couldn’t believe how quick and easy the process was. I booked it on the Sunday to be seen on the Monday morning and by 4:00pm I had my results sent to me. When I arrived at the clinic I was greeted by a lovely lady behind the desk who took my details and made me feel comfortable, then I was called in right on time and greeted by another lovely lady who took my blood and helped me feel very relaxed during the process.
I couldn’t recommend this service enough, from the beginning to end it was very smooth.

One Day blood tests were easy to book, the nurse at the centre was patient and helpful in getting the test done, and I really like the fast delivery of results. The information and the graphics related to the results make it easy to understand the results.

After explaining to their member of staff what I needed the blood test for and that it needed to be ID validated, I received the results that were not ID validated. I later found out that member of staff was a temp covering for someone else. I had to do the test somewhere else and pay again. I complained but they refused to give me a refund on grounds of something in their terms and conditions.

Great service, I was a walk in and I was seen within half an hour. Lovely phlebotomist. I received my results the same evening. Would recommend.

The appointment was smooth. The nurse was thorough with checking my details and what I wanted done. The turnaround of results were fast.

I needed my blood taken for occupational health certificate. I called first to make an appointment. The lady I spoke to said she can either book the appointment or I could just go in as a walk in patient. I decided to do the latter. I arrived just before 9 am just to be told that the phlebotomist had not arrived yet( their website says they start at 7:30 am. I had to wait until well after 10 am for her to arrive. I explained what I needed the test for and I had my ID with me ti validate but she didn’t even look at it. I got my test results a week later but they were not ID validated, I went back to the clinic to ask them to validate my test results only to be told that the phlebotomist who saw me was a temp for the member of the staff who was on holiday, I had to do the tests at another clinic at an extra cost. I did not get anywhere when I complained
