The phlebotomist was welcoming and friendly and my blood was taken quickly.
Some results had a longer turn around time than others but overall good service. I’d recommend you book them for a blood test

This proved to be an excellent service, which put my mind at rest in the absence of cooperation from my GP surgery. I was kept up to date throughout the process and the turn around was very fast. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is due to the reporting of results. They are communicated via a secure link which was difficult to access. My results are not top secret and I would have preferred the choice of a straightforward email.

In the end, I had to send my samples 3 times. This was because the Post Office didn't deliver on time. But, each time, One Day Tests sent another pack and I redid the test. Once they had the samples, the turnaround time was excellent. I was kept informed each step of the way.

Good experience. Staff are lovely , informative and concise.
I walked in for my blood test .. straight forward and didn’t feel a thing when it came to the injection / draw !
I went back to ask how to access my dashboard online and it was explained to me simply .. to be honest it was all there , I just couldn’t work out how to use it !

Excellent service. Found this company after a Google search when I couldn’t get my bloods done by my GP. Made an appointment - I made an error WhatsApp the number and got an immediate response changing it for me.
Clinic clean and phlebotomist was lovely and showed me how to access the result. Result was back within 1 working day easy to understand.

The phlebotomist was very pleasant and helpful. The blood was taken quickly and no pain, no bruising afterwards either. Everything was explained clearly, including timelines and what the dashboard results would look like.

So far I've always had instant & satisfactory results from One Day Tests. The data is more than helpful in monitoring my health & helps to keep me ahead of the health game.

Booked a female hormone panel but surprised to find it did not include the key female hormone progesterone. This should be made clearer when booking as this panel appears when searching for progesterone which is misleading. I complained about this after my results and received an apology but no compensation despite now having wasted money on a panel which was not fit for purpose.

The service was excellent..super easy to book and the lady (Tatiana) at Crawley who took my bloods was very welcoming, professional and informative. The results came back super quick and although a touch on the expensive side...it's the only real way of getting specific blood tests done quickly, reliably and without a long wait.

The results were delivered the same day. The lady who took the blood sample was very kind and didn’t feel any pain. Booked the appointment for the next day and didn’t have to wait at all for the sample collection. Will prefer them again - only wish they had kept the Reigate branch.

I need to monitor my insulin levels, but this laboratory does not measure this indicator. ALT is also needed in comparison with AST, but AST is not used in assessing liver function.
