One Day Tests - Hove Reviews 

Courteous, efficient and kind service. As I was unable to do the finger prick blood test - with a different company, their information less than helpful. I went along to my local One Day tests, what a difference in service and information. I was seen immediately, made to feel welcome, all of my questions answered helpfully.
I would highly recommend this company.

The test was done in a small compartment of a multiple occupancy floor/rooms. The lady who did the test was very friendly and v professional. She informed me that the bloods would be taken at 2pm. I got the results at approx 1am in the morning. Good service. It’s just not the results I was wanting thou and painful receiving them.

The clinician was kind, caring. I was going in for a worrying early pregnancy test + I hate blood tests and she was so personable and reassuring. She also took my blood better than most people who’ve tried before as my veins are tricky. Thank you!

I would like to share my positive experience with the nurse Dominik who took my blood at the Hove Clinic .
The procedure was completely painless, and she was highly professional throughout.
The clinic was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
The nurse explained each step of the process to me, which made me feel comfortable, and she even advised me on which tests would be most suitable. Overall, I am very impressed with the care and service I received.

Was a great service. Saw me quickly, nurse was friendly and welcoming and had my bloods taken efficiently and without fuss. Nice clean, sterile environment. Got most of the results back the same day and the rest over the next couple of days. And the results all come with a comprehensive and easy to understand booklet of your results. Only loses a start because you have to take the results to a GP to go through them rather then them doing it. But that's just a small niggle to an otherwise great service.

Charlotte , if she was the attending nurse to take blood for me . She was very attentive and very skilful to drawing of blood . Not even any feeling of needle poking into my skin . Thank you very much and the experience was very satisfying and not fearful.

The phlebotomist was great. Very kind and patient as I felt really faint.

Another experience with Oneday and another success. My consultant wanted tests for specific things - BUPA weren’t paying this time - and Oneday advised me which of their standard tests covered the requirements. As usual easy to pick a time at my nearest clinic.
