Great service and quick response

The phlebotomist was great. Very kind and patient as I felt really faint.

Another experience with Oneday and another success. My consultant wanted tests for specific things - BUPA weren’t paying this time - and Oneday advised me which of their standard tests covered the requirements. As usual easy to pick a time at my nearest clinic.

The Nurse who did my blood test was absolutely first class. Friendly and efficient. However the follow up was extremely disappointing. Far to long and complicated emails for what should be a relatively simple procedure. I received the results quickly which was appreciated. However for someone like me with very limited computer experience, Just finding my results was difficult. Owe for an old fashioned letter of confirmation which I would happily pay extra for. Less long emails please.

Professional and Very Knowledgeable Staff. I'm a needle Phobic and couldn't go through with the Test so they rebooked without any other charges, very friendly from Customer service point of view. Excellent Nurses which made me feel very relaxed and using the latest equipment got my results back very quickly and High lighted issues promptly which would other wise taken many Months if not more. 10 out of 10. Tahnk you to all the Team 👏❤👌

Professional and easy from start to finish. A shout out to Dominika who was brilliant at problem solving and customer service, a credit to the company. Results were delivered very quickly and were completely secure.

My initial blood test and turn around time for results was quick (22/7/2024) but showed that I needed a follow up blood test .I had that blood test(30/7/2024) but my results did not all come through in the turn around time so I had to request them. I then received all results promptly.

It was quick and easy to book the relevant test and appointment. It was the least painful and most efficient blood test I’ve had, and I’m not very good with needles or blood so it was nice to feel comfortable and for it to be so simple. The lady who took the blood was lovely. The results came back so quickly and were explained in lots of detail with notes where things needed to be raised with my GP. It was very useful as I had been refused a test by my GP around certain things but this showed there was a problem which I can now use to get treatment.

I had an amazing experience at the center in Brighton! The staff member there was so helpful, honest, and explained everything about the test procedure in great detail. Plus, they were really gentle when taking my blood sample.
