Extremely professional, efficient and fast turn around of a 'same day' appointment
At the end of a dental appointment preparing for implants I was asked what my calcium and vit D levels were. Having no idea I search ed the internet and found One Day Tests happened to have a service close to a train station I was passing that afternoon
I did struggle with their website but eventually placed my order and made my appointment. I was worried about finding the location, but if it had been any closer to the station, it would have been inside it really easy. The second I opened the door the nurse who had been assigned my appointment greeted me and took the blood in no time (I still had a lot of time to wait for my train)
By the time I looked at my eMails the next morning the results were there
Amazing, well done, especially the team at the London Liverpool Street - note to the web development team, I found it very very difficult to order to two specific tests I wanted to have run

If a jab could be fun...
The phlebotomist was great - she put me at ease straight away as i am the biggest baby when it comes to needles! Also the test results came back in 6 hours - yes, SIX HOURS!! Jabbed at 12pm results at 6pm. That's got to be a record or something. If ever there could be a positive experience with a needle - this was it. Highly-on-a-mountain-toply recommended!

I’m very happy with One Day Tests
I’m very happy with One Day Tests. Although they are expensive , they met my expectations for really fast results . The results came the very same day and they were like 50 or more markers and they were really important for me . And it was Friday , so they didn’t let me wait to worry over the weekend so they did everything to let me know earlier than I expected. So I’m very thankful for their hard work to grant me my wishes .

Very good experience
I had a very good experience. Booking through the website was easy and the location details for the in person tests were clear. Professional and friendly staff. Appointment went quick and painless, no queues. Most results came back the same day. The dashboard is user friendly gives details for each test (what could cause a lower or a higher result than the min max threshold). I'm happy this type of service exists with no GP referral.

No instructions received
I booked a test for celiac disease (blood test). I did not receive any instructions prior to the appointment. When I got the result it was negative, but with there was a note saying the result could be a false negative if I hadn't eaten any gluten recently. At no point before the test did I receive any instructions saying that to have an accurate result I should make sure I eat gluten before. I feel I have wasted my money.

"NICE (medical regulatory and guidelines body) recommends including gluten in more than one meal a day for at least six weeks before testing."
"Whilst we don't recommend any specific amount of gluten, some must be present for the testing to be accurate and the reaction levels measurable."
