From start to finish, the process could not have been better. The customer service was very prompt and helpful. The phlebotomist (Bridie) at the Newcastle clinic was one of the kindest, most patient and helpful practitioner I’ve ever encountered and made the whole process comfortable. I would highly recommend.

I was a bit gutted to not get my test done on the day I wanted due to the clinic having to close but I understand these things happen. The nurse was very welcoming, comforting, chatty and I felt at ease with her. She was very informative about the whole process from taking the bloods to results. My experience of One Day Tests was very good. I wanted a speedy test and was able to’walk in’. Was met by a friendly staff member who explained the process thoroughly and then took blood. I received the results a day earlier than expected in a format that was clear and easy to understand. Although my test was probably one of the more straightforward ones, this was nevertheless a very satisfactory experience and I would use One Day Tests again if the situation arose.

The service was fast, efficient and friendly. I booked the appointment the night before my blood test and had the results the day after. The blood sample was taken with ease and with good explanation of the steps.
