Good experience
I chose a surgery visit for taking blood and that was simple and painless. My results were all delivered same or next day (which was a Saturday), so very efficient. Recommended

A Pleasant Experience
I booked my blood test at a centre not far away, for the next working day. I was seen within a minute or two of my arrival. The Phlebotomist was very professional, efficient and cheerful.
I know the NHS works under difficult conditions, but it is so nice to be seen by people who are not stressed nor harrassed by having too much work.
