Booking process was easy. Quick and easy service . Excellent staff. Very informative.

The taking of the blood and delivery of test results were both efficient, and I have used this company regularly for a couple of years.

Sadly, my most recent visit was not a good customer experience. I arrived 7 minutes early for my appointment, rang the buzzer, and was told over the intercom to wait outside until someone came to collect me. I was then left standing on the doorstep for nearly 10 minutes. Fortunately, it was not raining.

What disappointed me most was the handling of my feedback afterwards. Rather than apologising for the experience itself, the response felt dismissive — “apologies to hear of your disappointment” — which did not acknowledge the situation or inconvenience caused.

Patients are asked to arrive early for appointments, but there does not appear to be any provision for waiting inside if staff are not ready to receive you. I would recommend bringing an umbrella or warm clothing in case you are left waiting outside.

Unfortunately, because of both the experience and the response to my feedback, I would no longer recommend this company.

Fast booking, wonderfully friendly service at the centre (Martine - Tunbridge Wells), and a blood-draw that for the first time ever, I literally didn't feel. Second time I have used One Day Tests and I will continue to strongly recommend and use.

Quick and easy.

The blood draw was expertly done. The results came quickly and were well presented. I was able to have a fasting insulin test performed, which was not available to me from the NHS, as well as Lp(a), etc.

Highly efficient: seamless booking system, easy to modify bookings at the last minute, friendly staff, amazing turnaround for test results. Will use again.

I needed a blood test quickly and One Day Tests was the only option available to me. The phlebotomist was very pleasant and explained everything clearly. Results were emailed back to me within hours.

I was given immediate and very helpful information at your Tunbridge Wells clinic. Tests results came back the following day.
However I found having to have a password/code to retrieve the results difficult and for me unnecessary .

Very prompt and professional service

First time user. The whole process was good. Handy to be able to choose your own tests if needed or those requested by dr, then easy to book. Friendly and efficient phlebotomist followed by receiving my results later that day. Will use again and happy to recommend.

I booked the Female Hormone Test in Tunbridge Wells to assess my perimenopause progress and check my oestrogen and testosterone levels, as well as my thyroid function, including T3 and T4. This comprehensive blood test covered all these areas, making it excellent value for money. The entire process was smooth and efficient. The admin support was fantastic, and Martine, the phlebotomist, was exceptional. She was friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease and handling the blood draw with great gentleness. I'm not a fan of needles, but I highly recommend Martine. She found my vein on the first try, was very efficient, and the blood draw was quick and painless. All the blood results were emailed to me the following day.

The clinic at Tun Wells is so efficiently and well run but at the same time is extremely friendly. Martine is the best phlebotomist I have ever had take blood, no pain and no bruising. She's so good at putting you at ease whether you have a fear of needles or not. The turn around times for results are incredibly quick too.
I can't rate this service highly enough and would recommend it to anybody who needs a private blood test carried out with minimum fuss.
