Excellent service, efficient and quick turnaround on results. Would definitely recommend.

I found the advertising very misleading . Sane day tests means you will get a blood test the same day if u walk in and there is availability in between the already booked appointments. Whilst the lady who did the blood test has excellent communication n interpersonal skills, the service is much to be desired . The advertisement did not specify that turnaround time is from the date the blood test ARRIVED at the lab and its 7 working days from this arrival date! So if you expect a quick result do not use this service to pay £100 and then wait like 10 days for mine !

Prompt and courteous

I got there about 15 minutes early and was still seen immediately. The phlebotomist was incredible and took my blood easily and on the first go (I usually have to get poked and prodded a few times before any success). The results were supposed to take three days but I got the email the very same day. Immaculate service. Would highly recommend.

All fine, easy to find, lovely girl in reception and lovely nurse who took the blood sample. Found deciphering the results a bit of a mystery until I put in the correct code, that's not particularly clear!

Efficient and helpful.
I had difficulty extracting blood resulting in insufficient amount in tube and was pleasantly surprised when I received further test kit at no extra cost.
Fast results on both occasions.
Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The slightly complex nature of our requirements made booking an appointment via email exchanges a little clunky but we got there in the end. Things also didn’t run to plan on the day as the appropriately trained phlebotomist wasn’t on site in Victoria. However, the team arranged for an appointment at a nearby alternative clinic in the City an hour later and from there all went well and the phlebotomist was brilliant. Will be back again in a few months.

I went to have this test and I have to say this is the best blood tests I have ever had. Very quick and efficient results on the same day, I will definitely use again as it has given me a great knowledge of my health where there are markers for improvement, I must say I had a very high HBA1C results from another company and I was not in the least happy about so having done this test with this company the results was much lower. Anyone wishing to do this one day test I would fully recommend. Great company and thanks guys.

It was very simple to book an appointment. I was offered a same day test when I booked the appointment. I spoke with a human when I made the booking and payment which was very pleasant and very convenient.The test was affordable. The clinic was clean and tidy. All the staff I met were super pleasant, polite and professional. The results were emailed to me very quickly. An amazing service quite frankly and I'd recommend your service to everyone.
