Will not process a refund.
Ordered product which they did not have or even have a due date for.
They took money within 24hrs , now have waited over 8 weeks and no refund.
Referred to credit card disputes service.

nearly more than 3 months have gone and still didnt get any refund or anything at all.Although i have given all the bank details as it was requested.what to do where to go and what steps should be taken to get my money back.worst online experience ever!!!

Hello A continuation of my dispute with one digitals. I was promised a return of my money on the 29th March to be processsed within 25 days. usual excuses re 25 day delay and course not got it. However I am happy to say that the Nataional Fraud Intelligence Bureau is referring the case to Trading Standards.I urge anyone in dispute with this company to contact them and to sign up to :Action Fraud Alert co.uk

Four months later still no refund............

Product x 2 faulty, support looked for original packing, then a video of the fault which could not upload to their site. We shared the videos on a third party site, one digital opened a new ticket. As a service provider we wonder how this company well remain in business. When our end users have a problem we respond and fix the problem. We retain business and generate more by word of mouth. Well you reap what you sew. Best of luck if you buy off this company. Just look at all the negative reviews EVERYWHERE.

Two months has gone, since they promised a refund but
No Refund and No Response to my emails.
Same as everyone's here.
I contacted to my bank and there fraud dispute team is investigating this company now.
I had a really Bad experience and expensive lesson.
Do Not Use this company!
I wish I read these bad reviews before I placed order so if anyone there please don't make same mistake as me.

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them! I bought a lens from the Australian site and the order was never fulfilled and a refund was never issued. Now the Australian website is offline!

I did have a glimmer of hope with this company after I returned my drone,they emailed me with regular updates regarding its repair this however was six weeks ago since then I have asked For updates no reply, I then ask for a refund to which none of my emails have been replied to I cannot stress enough avoid this company they are a scam once they have your money they don't care. And like the rest of you I hope my bank can help me. I hope this company gets shut down

Do not use this scam site. They used to be Mobocity UK and they still owe me for undelived item .AVOID a SCAM.

Same experience and everyone else. Ordered a phone and cancelled it as they said they couldn’t get it out to me for over a month. Promised a refund and it has now been 3 months and no refund at all, total SCAM!!
I doubt that I will be able to get my money back, certainly a lesson for the future… very expensive one.

I bought a speaker from them 2 weeks before Christmas and when it did not turn up after Christmas I asked them to cancel the order. Now 4 months later and no refund. SCAM

Very bad company!! I order a iPad at Christmas but decided to cancel as I wouldn’t get it until January. They said they issued my refund but I never received it! Now every call and email I send goes unanswered!

I ordered two i phones they never arrived and despite many promises I havent had a refund , avoid this company

Do not buy from this company, FAKE I ordered a MOTO Gs Plus, in Feb it is now April. They will not give me back my money not answer my emails. Criminal. They have the same mail address as the UK company. Big mistake buying from them.

After being advised 7-10 day delivery, after 4 months and still no sign of the product we paid for, we cancelled our order.

Warranty does not exist to these non existing products ....they are not covered by manufacturers guarantee, just 12 months with themselves ....bearing in mind it takes them 3 weeks to respond, I'm not sure what type of warranty this relates to??? Genuine products????

Customer service is shocking, usual response time is 3 weeks to an email and zero response if you attempt to contact by phone; after spending nearly 4 hours trying to get through, I gave up. Having now cancelled the order, the refund will be processed within 28 working days, this excludes bank holidays and weekends. By the time we get our refund they will have had our money for nearly 6 months!

Do not buy from this company if you want your product. If you enjoy pain and hard work without reward, go for it!

It is unfortunate that trust pilot does not allow for zero or minus scores as I would definitely give this company minus 5. I ordered a lens from Onedigitals in early January but cancelled it 3 weeks later when I noticed the order was yet to be processed. It is now April and I am still waiting for my refund. I’m unable to contact anyone and have had no response to my emails. Do not use Onedigitals they are not an honest company.

Scammers! The problem with the shipment or package is missing, no response to the message, only live chat works. A waste of time and nerves, I will never buy anything in ONEdigitals
