Don't buy there. I have lost ~128€. They didn't deliver, claimed they would refund within 25 (!) days, but of course never did. Scam.

Worse company every. As per the other reviews do not buy form here, they are a sham. I waited 4 months before I got my money back. You can contact you back and if you paid by debit card or credit card request a charge back. This site won’t allow me to post a link, I wonder why? Anyway, just google charge back and you will be taken to the Which website will explains how to do it. I got my money back two days after the bank received my form

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company I ordered an I phone in November and paid for it in full and am still waiting for a refund and am now told they are closing my case as I have not contacted them. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE.

Do not buy anything from this Company.

I ordered a wireless speaker on the 27th November 2017 and it quickly became obvious i would not receive it in time for Christmas. I cancelled the order and was told i'd receive a refund within 10 working days. That was four months ago and i still can't get a response as to when my money will be refunded.

DO NOT buy anything from this company, I paid and ordered an I phone over £200 in November, did not get the phone and am still awaiting a refund. I have just had an e-mail saying they are closing my case I am now taking this to my solicitor. Do not touch this company with a barge pole I wish I had never heard of them.
Is there something you could help me One Digitals is my refund.

Never buy there anything. After my order was canceled in December 2017 I‘m still waiting for my refund ( more than 3 months now). More than 20 emails have been sent no progress at all. This seem to be fake company. 368€ lost. Well done.

Believe EVERY SINGLE BAD review of this abourant company. I attempted to purchase a watch in Jan 18, they said 2 weeks delivery. NOTHING.
Asked for a delivery date NOTHING. asked for a refund NOTHING.
This is not a legitimate company, DO NOT USE THEM...

The UK phone number is discontinued or permanently engaged, the live web chat is a con, all empty promises and apologies.

I am still a couple of hundred of pound down with no sign of recovery.

I will be attempting to recover via credit card, but the question is Who are these people, they are certainly not a UK base enterprise as they elude to on the website.

Hi like many here I have had an unacceptable experience with One digitals
Goods were said to be in stock when ordered to find out they had no stock, Difficult to near impossible to contact don't bother with their online chat its a waste of your time, this fairy tale about system upgrades that were delaying the refund of my money...
The only good news and ray of hope for other reviewers I can post is that after buying on the 15th of January my refund finally came through today. Threats of escalation to the credit card company don't seem to carry much weight.
I have learnt by this experience , no matter how polished the web site appears and checks of location saying they are UK based, check the review sites before paying.

DO NOT BUY FROM ONE DIGITALS

They never delivered the product, and never refunded us despite endless requests.

They also seem to have fraudulently charged our card multiple times.

7 months ago I sent back a non UK Sony VR playstatioon
which was under warranty apparently with Onedigital but not Sony UK .

I have received over 20 emails advising that I will get a refund yet it has never arrived.
This was a childs Christmas present expect no integrity - I would not use them in the UK.

They said there was a back log in stock, they said it was on its way, they then said it failed quality control, thanked me for my patience, then still back log for more stock, 3 months later they say I will be refunded. Almost 4months from start of order and still no phone or refund. Now they don't respond to calls, emails and the live chat after waiting 20-30mins a time has now change to just sending them a message, no one has ever answered the phone and now no voicemail. I HATE THEIR SERVICE I FEEL ROBBED!!!!!

Bought a watch in January, nothing arrived, finally managed to speak to someone on IM and had order cancelled and promised refund but still nothing received. Avoid this company at all costs. Now raising with credit card company and trading standards. These people are thieves, plain and simple.

They are a SCAM! They have taken my money and refusing to give a refund except if I give them my bank details and sign a waiver to that says I won't bring legal action against them. Don't trust them enough to actually give me my money back so there's no way I'm doing anything like that.
If you have been SCAMMED then try and do chargeback with your bank. So little history about one digital. They are part of Milkway Distribution Limited with a company number of 09606705. While they have Irish and UK online stores they are based in Hong Kong with a chairman who claims he's Australian. They pretend to be backlogged with orders and don't give you you're money back. DONT GO NEAR THEM

I made an order with Onedigitals, but was told that the products were out of stock. I was made to take one of two options; either to wait for the products' availability or to seek a refund. I opted for the refund, it is now more than two months from the date they acknowledged cancelling my order, yet they have refused to pay me my money back. I have used all means available from phone calls to emails, but nothing works. My advice to anyone who values his happiness is not to engage with this company AT ALL.

Just another update , another month has gone by ,but still no refund. Standard reply I have heard so many times over the last few months . Please avoid this company like the plague ,for the state of your sanity .

If you have a chance, avoid them. Don't fall their low prices like I did. Ordered a Samsung Fit Pro2 for my wife but never saw it. The customer care on their website does not work and the user account you creat when you place your order is unaccesable. Got in contact with them via email and they were promising me pretty much everything but the watch did not arrive by the time they promised. I asked for a refund, they aknowledged it but no money came back on my card.
If you did fall for them and are waiting for your refund get in touch with your bank or credit card provider (whichever holds the card you used for your purchase) and they'll give you your money back and will get in touch with them later. That's what I did and got my money back.

DO NOT USE!! They put through fake orders and keep your money! Claim they will cancel the order and give a refund but never do! Had to claim through my credit card! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I placed an order, they told me it was ready to dispatch. Two weeks later they emailed me to say they could not supply the product (it was still advertised on their website) and would I like a refund or something else instead. I replied that I would like a refund please. Four months later I am still waiting for the refund despite countless emails to them which receive replies where I am told ridiculous reasons why my refund has been delayed. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM , DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY PRICES THAT ARE TO GOOD TO BE TRUE LIKE I WAS!

Apple Uhr bestellt für 230 Euro, Ware storniert nach einer Woche und ich warte noch auf das Geld. Nun kam als letzes so eine Nachricht (auf Englisch natürlich):

It is declared that the terms of this settlement are fully understood; that the amount or type of consideration stated is the sole consideration for this Agreement and that the sum is accepted voluntarily for the purpose of making a full and final compromise, adjustment and settlement of all claims for any liability that may result from the above noted business transaction. Furthermore, this Release shall be binding upon the undersigned, his respective, administrators, all representatives, successors and assigns.

For the above the noted consideration, the parties to this Agreement further agree not to make claim or take proceedings against any other person or corporation which might claim contribution or indemnity under the provisions of any statute or otherwise.

Very similar experience to others here. They took the money for the phone, and didn't deliver it.
Seemed to reply to emails, eventually - promised refund which again never came.
Said they had a problem with their payment gateway and the refund would take up to 25 working days. Some time after they emailed to say the refund had been made, but it was impossible for them to say when it would appear on my credit card statement. The refund didn't arrive.
THE SOLUTION:
I got the money back from the credit card company. If you find yourself in a similar boat, it helps if you communicate with Onedigitals by email - then you have records to print off for the credit card company to prove you're due a refund.
But best advice - DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
