I order a 430 EUR phone, 10 days ago. I talk several times to the costumer service. They apologysed all the time. And the promised me several times that my order was going to be shipped within 24 hours. It was suspicous to me so I decided to track the IP address and the Web Domain. Well, this comany is located in HongKong and have diferents name owners, also when you read the terms and condicions in the website, really doesn´t say anything relevant, Compare it with a real website like amazon. You are going to see the informaiton in OneDigitals doesnt make sense at all.

I bought in the German website(Onedigitals.de) and as a not native German speaker I couldnt realize the translation and written mistakes in the website.But a German friend of mine made me see all the spelling mistakes. This is not a serious website.

I already call my bank and the credit card to cancel the transaccion thanks to the costumer protection law in Germany I will have my money back, if you bought something on this site call your credit card really quick!

Dear Reader. Beware of this company.

I ordered a mobile phone from them in the UK. It arrived with the seal already broken which is a complete no, no. The Samsung phone they sent was not of European origin. I checked the serial number with Samsung who told me it was issued in Vietnam and therefore not covered by Samsung's 2 year warranty.

I asked for a full refund immediately and after much effort from them to have me not do this they agreed to take the product back and refund in full. I returned the product to their Salford receiving office (the company are in Hong Kong) on 26th August 2016. Today it is 12th October 2016.

I have chatted with their Customer Service team (based in the Philippines) on 7 occasions. Each told me they would chase the refund and today their lastest chat person wrote: "yes, I'm really sorry i have tracked and checked on update but none yet
that's why i chased it with them again today"

I have received this message from each and every CS agent.

So far Onedigitals is holding £425 of my money and they will not release it. It is impossible to get their address and even if I could I doubt we could enforce a small claims judgement against them in the UK. So this rant is to warn all you other buyers to beware of Onedigitals.

PS In fairness, the refund came eventually but not before a huge amount of follow-up work.

Ich habe 2 Digitalkameras bei denen bestellt und direkt nach der Bestellung bemerkt, dass die keine MwSt. ausweisen und sofort wieder storniert. Nach deren Rücknahmebedingungen ist dies auch jederzeit vor Versand möglich.

Leider innerhalb 20 Stunden keine Reaktion, dann nochmals über das Kontaktformular storniert und eine Email mit Bestellbestätigung und Versandvorbereitung erhalten.

Ich bin gespannt wie das weiter geht.

Update: nun sind auf einmal 3 Emails eingegangen, Order wurde storniert und Geld zurücküberwiesen.

right after ordering and the order confirmation I noticed that there's no VAT on the bill, so, according to their terms and conditions I immediately cancelled the order prior to shipping.

Poor german on their website, but "Eine volle Rückerstattung ist jederzeit vor dem Versand und vor, dass wir verarbeitet haben Ihre Bestellung in Rechnung ausgestellt verfügbar." means that prior to shipping and billing a full refund is always possible.

Nothing happened, no response. A few hours later I cancelled again using their support form on their website. No reaction but a new email:

"Just a quick note to let you know that your order has been processed by our order processing team, and has been passed to the fulfilment team. The next email you receive from us will be an update about the shipping of your order"

Update: after 27 hours I got the cancellation information and refund information. "Your order has been cancelled as you requested. The refund was sent automatically and it should reach you within 48 banking hours. "

Never answer about the customer, how can operating like this company still?

I ordered iphone se64G at onedigital.de but after checked my credit card they do not any of actions for my order.
My order no is 511-1773. How come ignore customer and i ordered refund but just sending mail my side without feedback.

Fast delivery but the device was faulty on arrival. That is not the problem, it can always happen. The main problem is the support. Duration for answers take 2 - 3 days (sometimes more). The solutions are only standard and do not fit to my problem. It seems that they don't read my mails, they don't answer to my questions. More than 3 weeks and no acceptable solution.
Wrong product information on the homepage (Expandable memory, but no SD-Card slot).

It took 7 days before they even sent the product. How can people here say fast delivery? Even when you pay 10€ extra for delivery it takes 3 days. Other companys offer shipping on the next day. Here you are lucky if its shipped next week.
I ordered 8 days ago. Received an email telling me its ready to ship but on the terribly translated website in german, I can not see an update to the status of the order. If you want your product fast, DO NOT ORDER HERE. I will update this post when my package arrives.
Customer support does answer but appearently it is normal for them to be so slow at delivering because when I asked why my product was not sent they did not give me a reason. I got the impression that they didnt even go into my order and checked what was the problem. I just received an email saying it takes about 5-8 days until they will sent it.

UPDATE: Package arrived after 2 Weeks. Will not order there again.
