I am writing this review to warn others…

I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with this casino. What I went through was unacceptable and showed a complete lack of responsibility, transparency, and customer protection.

1. I was unable to withdraw or self-exclude
Despite repeatedly asking for a time-out and self-exclusion, the casino ignored my requests. I even provided screenshots showing that I asked for these responsible-gambling tools, yet nothing was actioned. This is extremely concerning, as these tools are meant to protect players.

2. The verification process did not follow the casino’s own rules
According to the website, the requirements for verification are simple: proof of ID and proof of deposit (a photo of the card front and back with the first 6 numbers, last 4, and CVV hidden).
Instead of following their stated process, they kept demanding more and more documents—far beyond what their policy outlines. It felt unreasonable and suspicious, and it became clear to me that something was not right.

3. My requests for a loss limit, time-out, and exclusion were ignored
I clearly asked for a loss limit to be applied, which is a basic requirement of responsible gambling. The agent ignored my request entirely. I also requested time-out and exclusion, yet they did nothing. This shows a complete failure in their duty to protect players.

4. I am requesting a refund
Since I actively asked for responsible-gambling measures to be put in place and the casino failed to follow through, did not protect me, and ignored my attempts to limit my losses, I am requesting a refund of the amounts lost after those requests were made.

Overall, this casino failed in every area of customer safety and responsible gambling. I strongly advise others to stay away until they fix these issues. No player should ever be ignored when asking for protection tools that the casino is legally and ethically required to provide.

I have deposited on this site for a while now and i finally made a little profit. Now i wanted to withdraw and it has been 14 days ago and still no money.

Unreliable withdrawal process and vague customer support

I received an email from OneDun Casino on 30 June 2025 asking me to provide my bank details to complete a withdrawal. I submitted everything immediately and correctly. It's now 4 July and my withdrawal has still not been processed.

I contacted live chat support several times. The only response I’ve received is that I'm “in a live queue” and that it depends on the workload of their finance department. No timeframe is provided, no accountability, and certainly no transparency. They promise to follow up, but nothing happens. This leaves me feeling frustrated and ignored.

I've kept the email and can provide screenshots if needed.

Honestly, if a platform can't uphold basic withdrawal procedures or communicate clearly, it raises serious concerns. I will not be playing here again — and I caution others to think twice.

Update: it's now 7 July and I still have not received payment.
Update: it's 9 July and they've finally paid - this comes down to 8 business days.
