9 months ago (see previous review) I verified my account and received 2 withdrawals but it took a lot of time time!!!
It’s still the same!! You need to verify your account again although it’s just sending a screenshot of your last deposit and within an hour your account is re-verified and wait for your money to arrive for a long time. It’s now day 6 and that’s not what they mentioned on their website: super fast withdrawals 🤣😂 not even close to the truth

Closing your account isn’t possible. I have literally 10 emails to their customer support where I am asking to close my account.

Also read the reviews very carefully (lots of complaints regarding the withdrawals) and a reply from the casino here on trustpilot after 2-3 weeks with the news that you’re withdrawal is on its way!! Really so that’s what? 3-5 weeks?

Be careful and do not trust all of the 5 stars reviews here it might be just their employee’s and read the ones about the 10 freespins you get for giving here a 5 star review.

Great Casino, But Slow Withdrawals

I really enjoy the casino overall — the games are fun and the customer service has been great. However, the biggest downside for me is the withdrawal process. I've been waiting four days now for my withdrawal to be processed, which is quite disappointing. If withdrawals were quicker, I definitely would’ve given a higher rating. Hoping to see improvements in this area soon.

Dangerous casino

My partner is trying to self exclude from this casino and being offered bonuses to stay from johnathan. I advised johnathan I would take this further as my parnter does not want to use the site and he keeps emailing him and won't let him self exclude.

This is a violation of his rights as a consumer and a company that is evil and praying on people who have addictions and won't let them quit.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Your managers are not trained properly if that's the case. Asking to self exclude can only mean one thing and that is that you no longer wish to play. This is not an excuse for a sales pitch or to prey on someone's addictions and send not only one but 6 emails in response to his asking him if there's anything that he can do to make him stay and offering him bonuses. Just like in any case No means No.

You need to investigate the protocol of your company, clearly, either that or your morality standards are through the floor and you are only considering income and from the lowest means possible which is preying on people with addictions.

Lost me as customer because I am asked…

Lost me as customer because I am asked to identify myself again, for the 2nd time, but they ask me to hand over non-existent information from jeton voucher redeemed credit. Its just ridiculous how stupid it is. I have sent literally all my governement information etc etc and I was verified. But now they make a problem out of nothing.

Besides this the casino is good though but this crucial part made them lose me as a customer because asking for information that is not available due to the fact that I did direct voucher redemptions via OneDun so there are no bank statements of that with name etc etc etc and therefor I suddenly am not verified anymore but they have my f* license etc etc... unbelievable...
