The fishing reel did not arrive, I emailed twice, first time I have a rsponce which was basically a lie saying it would arrive, second email had no reply.
I have now reported the fraud to my bank who will ask onefisherman for the money. This company is just a SCAM. do not spend any money with them, you will get anything for it.

Same as others, ordered a Diawa TDR reel, received confirmation immediately,with a message processing order. Money was taken from bank a day later, then nothing. Emailed and phoned the next week a number of times none of which were answered, tried the same the following week again no answer. Found out about this site and was shocked to see the negative messages all having the same issue. Informed my bank who said it’s likely to be a scam, and said that they would be investigating the company.

Agree with other viewers, should have checked out this parasite before odering but hindsight is a wonderful asset!! Scam site does not send items and doesn't reply to emails. Have complained to the bank fraud team. Avoid this site like the plague.

The director has the same name as a drug dealer arrested by Derbyshire Police

If I could give zero star I would. Don’t be fooled by the slick website! - I ordered fishing reels for my husband. Never arrived. Sadly been scammed. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. You won’t get a response on email phone, which happens to be a mobile (red flag). Hopefully will get reimbursed from credit card.
