This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade, they rob small business and provide dud leads. Average lead costs $35 and people don’t respond they will not take a phone call.

Worst experience ever with oneflare, they put up unlicensed electricians and then tell you that its on you for hiring them. This company has made me sick with stress. DO NOT USE THEM

Joined Oneflare and saw a few leads come our way. Almost every lead was already 5/6 quoted by the time we got it. Most leads wouldn't answer our calls. When we got through to a lead, they told us they'd been swamped already by calls from Oneflare, but, our notification told us 'be the first to quote.' Contacted Oneflare by email to discuss issues. No answer. Cancelled my subscription and only then were they interested to talk to me, and then only to get me to stay. This is a money-making racket and nothing more. Leads are cold by the time you get them and useless. Never recommending this to anyone.

I signed on as a photographer and paid for 3 months up front. They obviously designed things badly enough that leads came through that were unclear as to their catagory. They employed either badly designed or predatory links to leads that had been quoted substituted for jobs open to quotes. At the end of the three months they then tried to charge the same for another three months automatically even though I did not want to continue with their service. They pointed out that they require 14 days written notice to cancel an account, something they did not mention when signing up. The account manager called to say that they needed payment so that it wouldnt cost me more money to not continue with them. Shameful practices

I'm going to follow on from the review below "Not for my type of business" After much thought and review of the service I decided to give it ago. I confirmed and confirmed and confirmed that if you didn't win the job that you would get your credits back. HA! you don't. Up to 8 people quote costing anywhere between $25-45 dollars (Oneflare makes up $320 per job you quote), if the person simply looks at the quote and doesn't respond or goes to another person who quoted you lose the credits. When I brought this up with Oneflare they went over their recorded messages and each time they used language that could be easily manipulated to go back on.

Their sales team is extremely manipulative and you won't get a truthful representation of the business upfront.

The quality of the leads is appalling, certainly not worth 25 - 45 each. No response after no response, or joe block wanting a certificate designed for his grandson..... We are not expensive at all compared to other agencies but the pricing they want is utterly ridiculous. Dont expect to speak with them about there job or get any response between being hounded by the other 7 quotes and well as all the calls from Oneflare they won't even want to talk about the project.

It's by far the most expensive quoting platform and it's only geared for Oneflare to make money! (Imagine quoting for a $50 logo, Oneflare make $200 off the 8 quotes, 7 people lose money and one gets $50.) So who is the real winner here........

Much much better platforms and subscription-based quoting websites do yourself a favour and there first and only!!!! Oh and don't leave a bad review on socials or their ads/ or posts cause they deleted them and block you from the site so no one can see what they are really are like.

There are a lot of scammers on this website and they don’t do anything about it after receiving reports from customers. More and more victims fall for those scammers as Oneflare will remove bad reviews and only leave good reviews. Stay away from them . I have lost $1000 over this scam business.

I have given a lot of thought to the matter before writing this review which is written from the viewpoint of a seller of websites, SEO and related services.
I was with Oneflare for a year on a leave for which I was paying $400/month. I left some 3 months ago and looked in again recently.

The Good:
1)The support staff are excellent - available during working hours, responsive and informed.
2)The refund system works very well for non responsive leads.
3) Although I got very few good leads, I did make positive ROI because of three very good jobs.

The Bad:
1) Expense: Leads cost up to $40. When you consider that this applies with as many as 8 (or more?) suppliers being handed the lead, I don't think this is great value.
2) Their marketing says: "Once connected with the customer, compete with only 2 other businesses to allow optimal chance." - This is just not true. Leads with up to 8 bids are quite normal and they can still cost you $40. Some leads are cheaper, but they tend to be for 'personal meetup required' in remote areas or 'I need help fixing my website (that I built myself!)'.
3) Quality of leads: Too many tyre kickers hunting for only the lowest price eat up your time doing quotes, Not good for a professional supplier who needs to talk detail with a customer before putting a final price on the product.
4) A HUGE issue: A lead appears for Sydney region. Your phone is on standby and you press bid immediately - and it's gone. This happened to me time and time again and it's infuriating. So I tried auto-bid and found that I was bidding for things that no sane person would want - for example "I've built this great Wix website but it doesn't work" LOL! that didn't last long.
5) I would like to put this on the Good side but I can't! OneFlare ranks well on Google (Good) but in a year, I never received even one query from my regional listings with them - and we did test & change the settings (bad).
I am not saying that this experience applies to other types of business in other places - I am sure some people have good long term experience.

OK that's it. I think I've been fair and balanced and I am prepared to review.

They don't screen the business registered with them, as such our personal contacts get released to the scammer. We being contacted by a scammer (Coast2Coast / Coastal Roof Tiling) and took away our money without completing the job.

I have used one flare twice
Quotes were within the day
Sheridan the window cleaner was great and professional and Gerard cleaned my oven for a great price
All arrived within three days of accepting the quote
One flare worked well for me

Pathetic service, the features turn on and off by themselves charging you as they please. When calling customer service and using online chat, their only response is we can't help.

I requested for a painter. I chose Ahmad, and was i so lucky. He is the most experienced painter i have ever had. He knows all about what type of paints you need etc, and is extremely experienced. No tapeing needed between colours. Extremely professional and so quick with finishing the job. I have hired Ahmad twice now for painting and the quality of his work cant be surpassed. Thank you Ahmad.

Oneflare is an excellent service to both tradespersons and customers seeking a service provider. I have been with Oneflare for approximately 6 months and their service is terrific. Excellent Support Team and management. All my interactions with Oneflare have been positive and in my opinion they certainly deserve a 5 Star Rating.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS SITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I wanted to find a mobile dog groomer but all I got from this site was a barrage of emails and no useful quotes. The one "quote" I did receive was in fact a link to another company that provided information about a whole host of businesses - none of them relevant to my requirements. When I contacted their Support team to have my account deleted and email address removed from their system I was told that this had been done but the barrage of emails continued.
What a pity zero stars is not an option!
