It was very complicated to get what I liked. After two cancelled orders, I managed to the third order by having it shipped directly to the place of my holiday. I did not get the 10% discount on my first order, perhaps because I had already registered for the first two orders canceled by the company.

Quick delivery and good customer service
Took money for out of stock item, couldn't get hold of anyone
I placed an order for a bikini, the delivery said 2-3 days, almost 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything. Turns out it was coming from the Netherlands which it failed to mentioned at point of order.
I contacted customer service which didn't seem to exist and got no response from, so I contacted the US costumer service who wouldn't help me.
Luckily I got an automatic refund but not after O'Neill held a fair amount of my money for almost 2 weeks where I couldn't contact them for an update.
Wish I'd read reviews on here first and definitely will never even consider ordering from them again.

Good price/quality clothing
Good price and good quality clothing.
Waterproofing could be better: after a few hours under the rain the pockets of my 'Utility Hybrid' jacket were drenched, however my body was still dry.
My wife is complaining that women's clothes have too few zipped pockets. Her ski jacket has pockets with a flap and button, which is not secure because small items could fall out when skying. She also misses a large inside zipped pocket for her smartphone.

Great products, but incorrect sizes and unacceptable service for returns
Summary: Great products, incorrect size guides, unacceptable service for returns, charged for return label, and charged again by the payment service for products I'm not keeping.
I love O'Neill's products and ordered a sport swimsuit a month ago that also doubled as a sports bra and sports shorts. I love the product, but the size guide was so wacky that I had to order it in 4 sizes (the two I normally wear and the two that their size guide said would fit me). The size that fit me was the smallest (not in line with the size guide) and, obviously, I was going to return 3 of these swimsuits. But they didn't send a return label.
I requested a return label, but they said I had to print it. I then sent a very long email about my lack of a printer and my disabilities and asked them to send the return label again.
I received a very long (and patronizing) reply explaining that they don't send labels because they care so much about the environment. (They sent my order in a non-reusable plastic bag, and there would've been no need to waste fuel on returns if the size guides had been correct.)
At the end of this email, they said I could PAY for the return label and they would ship it to me. I immediately paid and was told I would receive the return label in 3 days.
Two weeks later, I'm still waiting. Now, the pay-later payment method I used (knowing I wouldn't keep the entire order) has now charged me a late fee because O'Neill hasn't processed my return. And when I tried to reply to O'Neill's own email about the service I received, I couldn't because "this ticket is closed."
I usually love both O'Neill's and Roxy's products. I'll be buying Roxy from now on.
