Terrible Warranty Service for Top BrandWetsuits
Ive purchased the Psycho Tech range every year and it was great.
I purchased the Pyscho One in Summer from H2O, In July 2022 and not even 1 year old and it takes in water like a cheap wetsuit.
I approached the retailer who offers a 5 year warranty along with O neill offering warranty but O neil refused to replace it as its not a manufacturer issue ??
I think its the neck thats letting in the water but they said they've never had an issue with them before so they wont honour a replacement…
The response was :
“So sorry you’ve had to chase this up… O’Neill are not entertaining this as a product failing as unless the O-ring neck closure has a rip or stitching failing – it can’t stretch beyond designed parameters… And they have spent years developing this…
So from our side we’re unable to process this as a warranty… And from years of selling wetsuit (O’Neill and many other brands) would whole heartily agree with them on this report… “
After years of being a loyal brand supporter and spending thousands on their wetsuits, im very disappointed with their “warranty” response. Just goes to dhow that that word is purely for marketing… nothing else.
Unfortunately i cannot recommend them… time for a new brand.

Good and bad
Mixed. The mail contact was slow and not helpful. Several attempts to get a specific answer to a question failed. I ended up ordering abduct that I thought would work but had to send it back and re-order a different one. This part of the process was outstanding. The final suit as well - perfect.

No refund and impossible to contact.
The UK number listed on the website UK : +44 1899 491106 says it's not recognised when you call it. I've had no response from their support email support @ oneill.com and I've returned items totaling over £200 with no refund in sight. I have proof of postage too. I genuinely don't know what to do next.
