So bad it's almost funny. Almost.
Today is 22nd September.
I returned items from order UK88627 on 12th August. I am owed over £340 and still have not had a refund.
After chasing them I received an email from Jessi, apologising for the delay and promising to process my refund. That was on the 11th September. I still do not have a refund.
You sent me a customer satisfaction survey on 12th September (Ref #259077) asking me for feedback. Even that doesn't work properly. When I try and leave feedback the link has expired so I cannot relay how terrible the service is nor express how utterly dissatisifed I am.
Fear not, I will call Oneills instead. Guess what. The UK customer service number on their website doesn't work! (+44 1899 491106). You cannot make this stuff up.
Need I say more? Literally lost for words.
Please please refund me money. Please send me a feedback link. Please provide a phone number that works.
How in Gods name is anyone expected to get a refund, communicate with you or leave feedback. You need to sort it out.

Still no reply from cutomer support in more then a week
There was zero reply to the three emails I sent about having an issue with the return packaging size (more than a week had passed). As the order return is a time-sensitive topic, I am disappointed that I got no reply. In the end, I just hoped that my solution would work and the return would be accepted.

Item Returned, No refund or contact
Followed their process to return an item well within their rules. Sent via their pre-paid courier with proof scanned. Courier website says it was delivered to the retailer nearly a month ago but no refund have been given. No contact either.
The contact number on their website doesn't work. Which should be a huge red flag! No response from their support email....

Update. I received a default item where the strap to the bikini was missing. I asked for the strap to be sent, but the team refused to and demanded that I should do an international return and reorder the item. That was way too much effort for a bikinistrap so I guess Ill just have to use it for tanning as it fall off otherwise. Since O'Neil were the once in the wrong, sending me an incomplete item, I think the reasonable solution would have been to send me the missing part without putting all that extra effort on me.

Some things that should be considered: 1) some colors shown on the website are not WYSIWYG ("what you see is what you get"); 2) consider having more pictures about some product details not visible (e.g. side pockets on shorts; adjustable plastic band on hats), especially for customers living in countries where there are no physical stores to be able to "search offline buy online".

Great reverse logistics for physical returns (although not everyone has sticker sheets able to be printed at home. I understand that you're saving lots of paper, tonner and above all TREES).

The lower legs are way too small for both of us.
And though we bought the most stretchy hyperfreak it did not feel that elastic to us.
