The service is unbelievable. They overcharge you and when you try to get assistance from a manager. They do not ever call you back. I have left messages when I used them earlier this year. I will never use this service again.

Locked out 40+ times on this account
Locked out 40+ times on this account. On hold for so long it is ridiculous. I am on a deadline, as in statute of limitations. WTH??? The courts themselves need to let clients file directly, but they're a bunch of zombies & have no clue and or do not care. E-filing companies are useless middle-men that are completely redundant and should have never been created, but does anyone at the courthouse have a clue? Of course not. I have sent numerous e-mails, have changed passwords, credit cards & e-mails in an attempt to fix the problem, but nothing Works! First time filing IN PRO PER & due to Covid 19 court closures, no information as to mail in or drop box any docs in case of a computer break down, back logs or just plain incompetence.

I've been using one legal for years now…
I've been using one legal for years now and have been pretty happy with their service; however, beginning 2020 I have had ridiculous issues with using their site and them charging outrageous prices. For example due to some quirky issue on their site, one of my e-filings was submitted as a paper filing, which was rejected by the courts because it need to be e-filed. One Legal charged me $180 just for taking it to the court (same day, which I didn't select either) and said it would've been more if the doc was accepted! The prices are absurd and I'll be using anyone else.

Helped an old lawyer learn a new trick
Today, after 53 years, I had to file a complaint with e-filng for the first time. I had no idea how to do that and the clerk at the courthouse had refused to accept the complaint.
