I have always been very pleased with One Legal's services, from filing documents initiating a new litigation matter, to straightening out communications with courtroom personnel, to service of process. One Legal has been my "go to" for years

Easy website and process to request and receive documents I need from another state.

As a litigation legal secretary I use One Legal a lot. It gives me peace of mind to know that once I upload a document(s) to One Legal that it will be timely filed. Additionally, One Legal excels at communicating with customers. If they have a question they will contact the individual to clarify the question. Finally, One Legal also offers webinars so that legal professionals can stay up to date with the constantly changing court rules.

I have used your company for several years, and I find your service to be impeccable. Once I turn something over to you, I stop worrying about it -- knowing that it will be handled professionally, accurately and timely. It's one less worry -- and in this profession, one less worry is priceless.

One Legal is now terrible. I have used One Legal for many years, but no more. While they used to be very good, my experience of them now is just incompetence. They failed to serve an important service on time - and then NOBODY could tell me what went wrong. SO NO MORE SERVICE!
I decided to give them one more chance on just e-filing (what could go wrong) and they screwed it up AGAIN. Some halfwit decided these new papers were just like the old papers (the papers which they failed to serve) and did not file them - even though they were different papers for a different hearing date. DO NOT USE if the filing is important.

One Legal has been both professional and communicative when I first started e-filing. I work with a one attorney busy law firm, with a small margin for error, and when I called with questions or concerns, they walked me through it easing my concern and the documents were filed promptly and mistake free, but most importantly, not rejected by the e-filing window. They made the transition from paper filing to e-filing simple and easy. Thank you One Legal for your patience. I am proud to say that I do not call anymore with questions or concerns. I am a confident e-filing pro who even assisted other sole practitioners with their e-filing.

One Legal is a time saver and worth every penny!!! Save yourself the aggravation of driving to the courthouse, paying stupid prices to park, and then waiting in line with the dregs of society. Let ONE LEGAL file for you!! It’s money and time well spent! Thank you ONE Legal for letting me save my vacation days for real vacations and not to stand in line to file motions!

Ease of use. Professional group of folks to help work out issues if they arise.

Great follow up, even when subpoena’d party kept making excuses. And no extra charges even though I know it took them more time to obtain the docs! Highly recommended. Well worth the expense, even when on a budget!

I had one issue where the pleadings were e-filed separately
and were rejected twice, and I was charged both times, but
it was minor. For the most part, I feel I can rely on One Legal
to get it right the first time. I do rely on your company and am
well satisfied.

As a contract legal professional, I've had the pleasure of working with One Legal on many assignments. The professional legal support team is simply wonderful. We are kept abreast of all of the new industry trends, we are provided with exceptional training experiences and their legal blog is the best!

Customer service is wonderful but the wait times are insane. They need more at the help desk.

I am currently on hold for the sixth time in three weeks since I placed my service of process order. Order placed (to serve a business in Napa) for a three day service. Last day to serve was 2 weeks ago. Court issued an OSC for failure to file a proof of service. This is the third process service order on the last three months that has gone like this. Last time (after at least 10 phone calls) a supervisor calls me and assures me that they had gone through some "growing pains" in the process service dept., but that was "behind them" and he asked for me to give them another chance. So i did and here I am. Something has changed at One Legal... this is no longer the premier service out there... it is looking like I will need to bite the bullet and make a change which is going to be time consuming and costly to my business.
