I was expecting a little more from concierge. After tons of messages they just filed papers same way I sent. Then decided to hand deliver before conferring with me. So I ended up paying about $100 more than I anticipated.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing when dealing with service of process. Consistent failures to timely serve documents, consistent failures to update electronic database re status, and customer service’s failure to accept ownership of customer concerns. Customer service will merely tell you that the issue needs to be escalated and cannot give you more information. No one takes responsibility for ensuring that issues are resolved, which means you are required to continue tracking the progress and calling back multiple times. I used Rapid Legal for years without any issues. They are generally more expensive but at least they take ownership of issues and one rep will personally work with you to ensure any problems are resolved. What’s the point of using a cheaper service when you have to spend hours in call queues and on the phone to resolve all the issues.

I have been with One Legal for more than 4 years now, and I cannot think of a negative experience with them. The only thing that I would like to see happen with One Legal is reduction on prices.
Something needs to shake OneLegal awake...
Something needs to shake OneLegal awake. It's customer service has plummeted. As we speak I am 40th in the queue for customer service. 2 years ago you get customer service immediately.
Jobs are forgotten about. They fail to return calls. They don't get you back POS's unless you hound them. It's like they are trying to get you to give up. Something changed them about 2 years ago.
Wish I could find an alternative filing service that served all the state courts.

The company is very honest reliable and had good value for what they do for there clients.
Unbelievably poor service
Unbelievably poor service. I rarely have an experience like the one i have had with OneLegal. I hope writing this review results in an improvement of their customer service and website platform. I placed 6 service of process orders and paid the 3 day service up charge. Not one of the orders was served on time or within the 3 day period. They did not serve all of the document pages provided for service. Updates were not provided. To determine status of my orders I had to call in numerous times. Four of the services orders placed were on law firms in Sonoma County. Very straightforward service. The Law Offices are viable business, office locations are easily found, and hours are standard. I have had to call over 10 times to find out if service has been completed. I have been told 3 times that a supervisor would call me. Customer service representatives have offered to follow up with me by phone. I have not received any call backs. I would not refer OneLegal to anyone and will look for another service provider.

Ordinarily I would be giving OneLegal dozens and dozens of stars. They by far over a similar named vendor are top-notch and on top of things when it comes to filing documents with the court. Process serving out-of-state is another matter. Instead of employing the same impeccable standards they have with handling court filings and process serving in CA, they so dropped the ball for out-of-state. It is understandable that when you have to rely on 3rd party vendors they don't have your same sense of urgency and standard of customer service, but that does not mean that OneLegal should adopt that lack of customer service and not update you to at least let you know that they are having difficulty with the person/vendor they were working with and then past the time that you had requested service to be effected, they don't recontract the order until after the customer calls numerous times and remains on hold on average for 20 minutes and sends multiple emails. VERY DISAPPOINTED! DO BETTER One Legal

I HAD HOPES THAT THE EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM SUPPORT@ONELEGAL AROUND 9:42 AM TODAY ADVISING THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CORRECTED POS OF SUMMONS "SHORTLY" WOULD BE REDEMPTION FROM THE CHALLENGE IT HAS BEEN TO GET A PROOF OF SERVICE OF SUMMONS WITH THE CORRECT PROCESS SERVER IDENTIFICATION. IN THE MEANTIME I DRAFTED A NEW ORDER TO FILE THE DUE DILIGENCE AND PROOF OF SERVICE BY MAIL - JUST WAITING FOR THE RETURN OF THE PROOF OF SERVICE THAT SHOULD TAKE ALL OF 5 MINUTES TO CORRECT AN ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. WITH A NOON FILING DEADLINE I REQUESTED STATUS PERIODICALLY UP TO THE 10 MINUTES TO THE DEADLINE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. AT 2:20 THERE WAS STILL NO RESPONSE SO I HAVE TO RESORT TO THE STANDARD 15-20 MINUTE HOLD JUST TO GET A LIVE PERSON AND THEN BE PUT ON HOLD AGAIN TO WAIT FOR A SUPERVISOR TO ASSIST. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT BEST PRACTICES.

Until recently me experience with One Legal has been more than adequate. This has changed for the worse. Dealing with issues requires extremely long hold times with the customer service department. We almost always get a double digit number in the que.
I recently has a service of process made on an important case in the office and it is now 28 days and counting that I have not received a proof of service despite numerous calls and emails.
i am changing to another firm more dedicated to personal service.

Not adapting to the changing courts. I got a filing rejected for lack of a wet ink signature, in SF Co, and asked customer support which filings they needed a wet ink signature for. They told me to contact the court. What exactly is your job, then?
