STAY AWAY!

For anything that One Legal cannot email in or fax file, the prices are ridiculously high. Also, whoever runs it has no appreciation for their people and does not employ enough to meet the needs of the business. I'm currently on hold to ask a question (that is NOT answered on the website). I'm no. 14 in the que and I've been on hold for 10 minutes. Really don't care about customers - just about cashing in on the steps the Courts are taking to make filing easier.

As a legal assistant I have used One…

As a legal assistant I have used One Legal for years. One Legal is reliable and responsive. I know that if I submit a filing that it will be timely filed. In the event they have questions rather than "guess" they contact you. One Legal also outshines its competitors. They are my go to company for e-filing as well as manual filing.

It's NOT your company that I am rating

It's NOT your company that I am rating, but the lying process server. The business is there, the phone number is NOT disconnected and, frankly, I highly doubt if he even went to the site. The times are very suspicious. I know you have a supervisor working on it but I should not pay for something that was not done. You should not use this guy again.
I called the "disconnected" number per the process server and the tenant / secretary answered. I am not happy.

High Marks!

Although i am not a high volume user, I am able to efile my family law paperwork through One Legal with ease and have never had an issue with their processing. The times I have called to ask a question the response time is reasonable and my questions have been easily answered. I like their confirming emails/notices so I can tell clients where we are in the filing process.

I have always valued my relationship…

I have always valued my relationship with One Legal. I have never had a problem with their service and have always found it to be reliable. Their staff will phone you immediately if there is any question as to whether the filing can be achieved, and have on occasion spotted errors that needed to be corrected. I am grateful to have them on my team for the past 15 or more years.

Document Recovery

I recently submitted 3 orders for retrieval and copying of 3 court files.

When I called back to change the orders to a rush status I was shocked to learn that you are unable to do a rush for document recovery orders. Besides being a Paralegal, I am also a Private Investigator and have done a lot of copying of court files all over the U.S. and Puerto Rico. I understand that if a file is closed and has been placed in archives, then it can sometimes take a little longer to obtain. However, those court files that are still on the shelf at a courthouse does not take that long to obtain and copy. Besides, the more difficult files can be charged accordingly. But to turn down an assignment because it is needed ASAP just doesn't make good business sense. The one file we needed quickly, I cancelled the order and went to Chattsworth to obtain myself the next morning. I arrived at 8:45 am and was back in the office (West LA) by 10:15 am. It was easy.

Don't get me wrong. . .I like you guys. . .but, I'm just saying. . .
