Paid into onelife funeral planning,,now on liquidation,gave me login number and unique id tried to use can not get through,can anybody give me an update .paid all money in one go.is there any chance off getting my money back.
Do I still have a funeral plan ?
I bought a funeral plan outright costing me £1500 in Feb 2022.I bought it in good faith so my kids wouldn’t have to go through the stress of organising my funeral.I was assured my money was safe as it was in a trust fund. Apparently OLF were using the money to run their business. I’m a 78 year old widow and simply can’t afford to lose my money. I don’t know what’s happening and it’s causing lots of sleepless nights. I realise there are lots of people out there all with the same issue. Really hoping for some positive feedback.

How can you still be giving this company a good review when they have clearly misled people and ripped them off. Even the administration appears to be hiding the true facts and are not bothered about the customers loosing money.
Miss sold insurance for funeral plan
Miss sold insurance for funeral plan - went into self administration after 6 months of payments - this would have been on the cards when selling the product - and then they ask to continue paying for another 12 months in case they “find a buyer” I’ve cancelled subscription and now trying to claim my payments back.

this company has gone out of business and is on the receivers. Contacted the administrators. They said that my money is only guaranteed from September 2022. Any money that was paid in prior to that is dead. £500 gone!!

This company failed it's customers after all thier false promises.
What a joke arranged my funeral with this company, paid in full, upfront, to receive a letter 3 months later, telling me they have gone into administration. Called the helpline straight away, where a rude uninterested
customer service consultant?? answered, telling me I would get a refund (not true). When I tackled him about his lack of customer service, he went on to tell me he had Conjunctivitis. I said I stood to lose £1,500 of my hard earned money. His attitude was take it or leave it.

Very disappointed and upset tgat I trusted this company and that my funds would be secure, only to discover they are in administration and unlikely to get any money back.
No communications prior to this from the company explaining the circumstances, which would have been apparent months ago.
Feel totally let down and now with financial struggles like most. Really don't know what to do !!!
Sorry No Funeral Fee Refund
Just when I thought my funeral plan was bought and paid for in full, what comes through the post a letter from Quantuma stating One Life Funeral Planning had gone into administration. Not much chance of getting money back this was confirmed by my bank who advised pay on a credit card as there is more protection I used a debit card. I like many others took this company on face value and how were we to know they weren't a member of the FCA this is un-welcome at a time where we are all trying to survive with inflation and asking Mr Scrooge if we can have another lump of coal for the fire.

Been reading bad reviews and noticed when they respond to the review they lie about it being not “ cold calling” which is BS as I have worked there and I left after a week as they were even scamming their agents trying to take money of us whenever they could, for example if we was late £25 off are wage, failed any calls £15 off, not dress code another £25 the list goes on, thankfully I reported the company and is now shut down and I even said to their face how illegal it was!!

Cowboys! My dad died 3 hours ago, found it impossible to contact them, eventually got through, they committed that their partner company would be in touch and also coordinate with his nursing home for collection, up to now no contact and nursing home at a loss what to do. At a sad time, this is not what you need 😔
