Paid for next day delivery but did not receive next day delivery. The response on the telephone was to try and make me feel stupid. He explained that Saturdays are not included if after 2 and I said I understood that but as it was after 2 I expected it today. I ordered on Friday but as it was just after 2 I expected it Monday. Now I won’t have it in time. He repeated it another two times. I said I understand which I have already stated I understood earlier. I said I am not dumb but just wanted to ignore me when I said it should be stated on the website and that I have paid for next day delivery for nothing. Went on to repeat again. I gave in and said you have lost a customer. Poor communication such as listening skills. And perhaps offering an apology.

I have bought a few special brick from One More Brick, they are a really nice small printing company that prints on Genuine Lego Bricks. They are very helpful and care about what they do.
