You ve got 14 days to return the goods but if you don t get an address it is money lost…..
So you send it to UK adress and that s it.
The worse buying experience of my life. Purchased earrings and accessories to go with. Not for me so returned within the timeframe.
They refunded me part to my payment method PayPal and the rest in a voucher to buy more of their rubbish I don’t want. In the UK distance selling returned new within the timeframe gets refunded to original payment method. Not answering so have so far raised a dispute with PayPal and reported to UK action Fraud
I will never buy from a firm who has no phone number again and try to make me spend £200 of my money on this rubbish

Returned an item back but struggling to get a refund. Customer service is soooo useless. I am now having to chase them for a refund every single day with lots of emails back and forth. Won’t buy from them ever again.

Received a broken watch and despite 12 emails and countless WhatsApp messages there is zero progress. I’ve been lied to about the company itself, MEEJURI, BEELOVE and LOVEAMO are all the same company - and they all ship out sub standard products at vastly inflated prices and refuse refunds or replacements!
They state on their site that returns are free. They are not! They expect you to pay for the return (FedEx £70.22/ DHL £57.95) and trust that they will refund the cost.
