Ordered the navy, zebra print, frill dress, the sizing was perfect, the quality much better than anticipated and all communication was prompt and crystal clear.

I love my coat from One Nation. I ordered it after seeing a friend with a similar one last winter. I wouldn’t normally order from an unknown site but it was so nice and even better, it had been reduced in price to 50%. The delivery came on time as predicted and I was notified at every stage. The delivery driver even left it in a safe place at the back of my house, remembering to close the gate behind him. Thank you One Nation it won’t be my last order from you.

Only found this shop just before last Christmas. Bought the most amazing coat that I can see lasting me for many years to come. Recently ordered from the sale. Items were perfect. Came well packaged. Excellent quality of clothing, really chuffed with my bargains. This is store well up there on my list. I will be returning.

I ordered 5 dresses from one nation clothing and had to return it because of poor quality/fitting. I returned on 19th of July 2022, and the item was received at the sellers' end on 21st July 2022. Since then I have been waiting on the return or refund confirmation. But When I called them on 26th of July they said, they still haven't sorted out the return and will do it soon. NO response yet and no refund yet. Absolutely pathetic service!!!

The products seem nice, but the item took a long time to be delivered, and then sending it back for an exchange of size was a complete nightmare. The pre-paid postage stamp wasn't valid, so I had to pay for it myself. Then, I had requested a change of size, but instead they just sent through a refund with a note saying the smaller size wasn't available - I checked on their website and it's definitely available. I didn't even let them know this because I was so deflated by the experience at this point. They also cheekily only refunded part of my payment, less the pre-paid stamp fee of £3.95. It was only after I notified them that I'd paid for the item to be returned did they give me the full amount refund. Also, 10 days to exchange an item in your warehouse is far too long, and I can't understand why it has to be so. I won't be revisiting their site.

Great site, great prices, great service, it’s now a regular look on for me now. Despatch of items is always quick, and you are kept well informed of the tracking on the parcel.

One Nation are great, I bought a jacket from them (which I love) which started to rip apart in the armpit area within a few months, I contacted them and they immediatedly sent out a replacement, great customer service. Would highly recommend.
