One Nation Clothing 

I was looking for a good-quality puffer coat that was within my budget. I then stumbled on the website and was pleased with all the coats I saw. I bought two coats, and there were issues with the delivery on my part. The ONC team promptly reciftifed the problem with great professionalism.

The coats arrived neatly packed. I wasn't disappointed. They were true to size and felt great—great material, excellent quality, for the price.

I have given it four out of five stars because of the website and size range.

I think it will be easier to navigate through the products if the "Filter By" included options like size, colour, etc. Regarding the size, I think it would be great to have sizes above an XL/UK16; it's just something I noticed when looking at the products. I understand this is a small business (and there are complexities in making this happen), but sizes up to 20 should be catered to at a minimum. (This is my opinion, others may not agree with me, and that's okay).

Despite this, I've recommended them to friends and family and will continue to buy my coats from this store. I felt great knowing I had a stylish coat on and could keep myself warm—a win-win.

Not ordered from this company before but can recommend them and will definitely revisit. No problems encountered, item received within estimated delivery date, happy with my order. As with most companies, dealing with returns and refunds is just as important for the customer experience though didn’t need to go down this route on this occasion

Website easy to use and delivery was so quick. Packed and posted on day ordered. I'm loving the jacket and the style and quality for the price is amazing. It's also really cosy and was more than just shower proof when I got caught in heavy rain it kept me perfectly dry.

Really pleased with my purchase (a coat) and the fact they give a new customer discount for signing up to the mailing list. The delivery took a while but that was an Evri issue, not them and it wasn’t a huge problem. I wasn’t expecting that much from the coat and just wanted to compare it with other similar coats from other places. This is the one I ended up keeping as it was the nicest. Will be looking at buying more things from this company :)

So happy with my purchase the coat looks as good as the picture and true to size, exceptional value & good quality, I bought this originally as just a throw on (I usually pay triple) but this is now my main…great speedy delivery & service. Beautiful comfy coat unfortunately a bit on the big side I thought a small would be idea for size 8-10 but looks far too big when fastened.

Poor quality clothing, one item was missing from my order. Return took forever to be processed. Poor customer service and CEO very rude. Will not buy again.

The coat arrived in 6 working days & the agreement was between 5-7 so can't complain. The coat itself was £38 with new customer discount & looks a lot more expensive & the colour is way better that the picture online, 'mushroom' turned out to be a very dark olivey green. I am 5ft 3 & small build & the 8 was perfect. I just can't believe the price for the quality & style, compared to some crazy prices out there this is very reasonable. Will definitely buy again.

Ordered a puffer coat ,true to size, got it in the sale so price slashed, a good quality coat for £25 can't ask for more, arrived quickly, this is about my 5th order off one nation clothing and definitely won't be my last, thanks lasses 👍

Please, please do not order from this company. Terrible customer service, taken months for a refund.
Ordered a dress from One Nation via Silkfred paid £65,then found the same dress on One Nations site for £25 less so ordered that with the intent to send £65 dress back.
When the dress from silkfred arrived I tried it on whilst doing so the label fell off, no fault of mine. Knowing that the size I ordered fit I returned the dress knowing the same one from One Nation would be perfect.
A month later after not being refunded I contacted Silkfred they told me that One Nation would not except the dress back as the label had come off. One Nation then sent me the dress back.
Now I have 2 dresses exactly the same one with labels attached and one with out labels attached.
So I sent the dress with labels back thinking this should be fine.
2 months later no refund contact One Nation, after 4 days to be told I will be refunded £36.

£100 + postage on 2 exact same dresses
Refund £36
Absolutely criminal.
AVOID shopping with this company. Joke
