Bought a one step account for TradeLocker, the credentials they’ve emailed are completely wrong. Ive opened several support tickets and messaged support directly, all of which is still ignored days later.

Absolute waste of time and effort
Please stay away from them. I have not received my payout since July 2024. For a while the support kept me updated and I thought maybe after half a year I would get my payout. A month ago even the support stopped replying to me. Their marketing is excellent, but don't be fooled like I was. They are unprofessional and not worth a minute of your time.

NOT GOOD AT ALL BOUGHT AN ACCOUNT AND YET HAVE I BEEN ABLE TO GET MY CREDENTIAL

AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

IF I COULD GIVE IT A NO-STAR I WOULD, SUCH A SCAM.

Without any evidence to the contrary, this company is either a complete SCAM or so blatantly incompetent that they may as well be. Gave incorrect credentials for my so called live account and have not responded to any communication about it. Do not do what they say they will do. No evidence of anything to justify anything they say. Scam.

You need to communicate with your customers. You post on discord that you will update us by the end of the day Jan 31st then you have your discord locked by tommorow we don't get an update I would expect well over 100 credit card charge backs from my following

I tried buying an account for trade locker on the website. I paid 60 dollars, and I was sent an email with my login information. Turns out the log in info didn't work at all. I then submitted a claim, and it's been about a week and they havnt responded.

Update: they gave me the login information after about 3 weeks which is already unacceptable. Then when I tried to place a trade it automatically opened and closed the position within half a second. When it did this it automatically breached my account because when it auto closed it I was in drawdown. This was a week ago. I submitted a claim with no response

A terrible one for me. This is purely a scam as you would be denied any draw out request once you pass the challenge. Your account will likely be banned and you won't be able to make anything from them. I can't believe such scam prop firm are allowed to exist. I have been on other companies like-Morewins. This has been the game chznger. always delivering.

Of course this is nothing but scam!!! My challenge account was up and running until they just shut down my mt5 and then they are not even responding to my emails. They just sent an email citing that account migration is going on but it has been 3 days and yet no update from them, also no communication from their side whatsoever. Highly I would suggest people to avoid this scam prop firm

Im gonna be fully honest and share my experience with 1of1, i went with this prop firm as i was learning trading from tjr and he was promoting this company, he has recently left the company however i still had an account, i passed it and now have the funded account and was making progress on it until my MT5 account was shut down. much later in the day i recieved an email saying that they are migrating accounts and that "New login details will be sent shortly" as of writing this it has been almost 48 hours since the email came out. since last friday i have emailed support 4 times because of a few questions i had and also about this issue, when i have messaged them in the past there responses were basically instant however i have heard nothing since last Friday.

What is crazy to me is that i haven't been able to access my account for the last 3 days which meant i was losing progress towards receiving a pay out and it was also affecting my trading. However the 1of1 website is still up and running fine, you can still pay them and purchase accounts all while people with existing accounts cant even trade them.

They keep sending emails saying everything is going to be alright and issues are being sorted out but its hard to remain positive when this is happening, I rely on trading to bring income and have friends and family who need my support and at the moment its hard to remain positive.

I'm not really sure what to do next all i can do is keep having faith that 1of1 will do the things that they say they will do on their website, that is being a functional prop firm. its currently hard to not think that there are not underlying issues with the company and they say everything will be great but it seems that there could be much larger issues going on that the customers don't know about

This is my experience i really didn't want to talk down on the company but wanted to share my experience. I will keep having faith that everything will be sorted out and the prop firm will function greatly and that i will be able to receive payouts by complying with every rule and regulation they stated on their website.

I think that it would be fair that the company should do everything they say they will do like on their website. It would suck if the company sells you this dream on their website and then you purchase an account follow every rule and then when push comes to shove they fail to follow through.

Anyway i will continue to trade when i "receive my new login credentials" and will work towards a payout and will update you when i request it and if i recieve it or not all while following the rules you must comply with on their site in order to recieve one.

Where do I start?

Had a live account with the firm, requested a payout on June 24th. Did not recieve any update no nothing just kept me in the dark. Muted me when I complained in the discord.

And now the account is breached because of 'inactivity'.

DO NOT make the same mistake as me, I've purchased a $100k funded challenge and traded 18days. My account is blocked and I don't get any response when trying to make contact.

My friend that referred me to them also confirmed that they are a scam. He also purchased a funded challenge but didn't receive his payouts.

All avenues to make contact with them has been blocked.

I will spread this all over social media, I want TJR to contact me directly.

my first payout came after 5 days. Then I had a bigger payout and currently I´m waiting 2 months now. I just don´t know what to say.

I bought an 1of1 2Step funded Account and passed it. im currently up 1,5k. The Prop firm is basicly the worst scam u could ever imagine. They dont respont to the Messages, Discord is Frezzed and on top they deleted the Payout request buton on the webside. So u cant even Request it. NEVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE BUY A FUNDED ON THIS FIRM!! It is the worst Propfirm in the space and simply just a scam.

closed discord not paying out. recent ceo exposed them of faking payouts

They deleted their discord and blocked everyone that exposed their fake payouts by sending back and forth from one wallet. Never got my payout after being strung along for half a year
